We realised our boiler wasn't emitting any heat/hot water on Tuesday night. Found Kantan and booked in for a repair for the Wednesday, Thurs, or Friday. Got a message Wednesday morning that someone would be over later that day! The engineer who arrived (on time!) was very friendly and considerate - the issue ended up being something very minor and he showed me how I could fix it myself so I could handle it on my own next time. Really have nothing negative to say - this service is a total lifesaver and way faster/cheaper than calling around a bunch of different tradesmen!

Initially from an administration point of view it wasn't good - this is the first time I have used this company. I no longer understand why a lot of companies have no idea what the right and left hand are doing. When the appointment was sorted the engineer that came was fine and the job was completed successfully. Speedily the invoice for payment arrived before the engineer left our property. Probably won't use again.

Having just moved to the house there was not much information regarding the boiler so when the heating engineer James came he told me how it worked and also serviced the boiler, so I was very pleased
