Found the website, a sensible price, entered the date best for me, Philip Griffiths arrived, did a very neat, tidy and informative job, tested all of the rads, hoovered up and I've set a reminder for next year at a £10 discount. Happy Days.

Great web site that was easy to book my boiler service. Clear info about what you are getting and paying.my morning slot(8-12),got changed to an afternoon slot at 13.00 !?!? Plumber turned up and was very friendly and polite. Bill and certificate were emailed to me after paying easily online too ! Also got an offer for 10% off service next year ! Thanks.

Excellent service, great communication and really easy to use. From booking online to paying for the service, everything was so simple. Would definitely recommend and use again!
Avoid and save yourself a lot of wasted effort. Three scheduled appointments cancelled, two of which were cancelled over half way through the appointment slot. The other cancelled the night before. Go with a more reliable local company. Update: They offered a free boiler service as reconciliation, which was accepted but then the engineer was still three hours late for the agreed timeslot. Good customer service from Kantan HQ, the actually delivery leaves a lot to be desired.
