Needed to service the boiler, and the reviews are good and thought I would give them a go. Communication was excellent, we had to change the date of it. Our man turned up, phoned call go advise time of arrival. Arrived and got a good feeling from him, very happy.

Easy to book online. I had a couple of queries and emailed Kantan who responded within a couple of hours with the answer. Engineer visit was a good experience, the engineer rang prior to arrival, did a good job and was extremely personable. Would definitely recommend. A good price too for the one off boiler service.

Overall experience was average-poor. The first booking the Engineer did not show up after waiting for a whole day. Received 3 emails and 3 text messages to confirm he was coming. Complained to Kantan customer service and was booked in for a new appointment from a helpful agent. The 2nd Engineer messaged to confirm the date of appointment. However the day before he was due, I received a message from Kantan to tell me he had an emergency and had to rearrange to another date. The engineer however did arrive on the agreed date and it turned out to be another mix up on Kantan's end. He was there for about 10 mins. Don't even think he checked the internal expansion vessel. All of my other boiler services received from the manufacturer included condensate trap cleaning and draining and recharging of the expansion vessel.

Easy to book , quick appointment, no fee in advance ,Terry the engineer was very reliable, professional and friendly. Straight after the service I was sent the invoice to pay and the certificate of the service. The whole experience was extremely good and the fee very affordable. I really recommend this company

The engineer came on time and checked the boiler, confirming all seemed to be OK. However, the small box in another room which turns the system on and off, sets the temperature etc is defective, so we can't turn the heating on. The engineer was going to research a decent price for replacing the small box and after 5 days came back to me with a price, which was surprisingly high, but I agreed to go ahead as the house is getting cold in the evenings. I asked when he could fit it and have had no response yet, so we are still without heating. I assume lots of other people also have problems, but I really do need to be able to turn my heating on again and soon.

Very efficient service. Was looking for someone to service boiler and people I contacted were too busy. Whereas your service nailed it. Takes onto account customer needs and availability. Really impressed and will use this service again. We'll recommended.

Very pleased we discovered Kantan. We had spent over 2 weeks ringing Gas safe registered engineers only to be let down in one way or another and when we did manage to extract a price from them, it was horrendous. Kantan were much better in all ways. we were able to get an appointment very quickly and Rob the engineer rang us before turning up. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. Can recommend.
