Was getting extremely frustrated at the constant and unnecessary rise in price of Cigarettes so decided to attempt to quit, previous failures meant I knew I couldn't quit cold turkey, so thought I'd give Vaping a Go! Initially started with the Blu Pro, which was also excellent, but the effect of that wore off pretty quickly unfortunately, so after extensive research, I came across the Joytech Exceed D19, and I absolutely wish I'd found that first! Excellent piece of kit, in my opinion, it's the closest experience to Smoking ( in terms of that feeling in your throat when you inhale etc... ) And that's what I was looking for. Battery life could be a tad better, and the tank could could be a tad bigger, as the 2ml disappears rather quickly, but trust me, they are not enough to put you off. Thoroughly recommend this product to anyone looking to quit with the closest possible feeling of cigarettes. 5 out of 5 easily.

ive used a cubis pro head for a while now, sadly the screw top stopped working on the top of the tank. it just wouldn't screw in anymore. i contacted joytech via email, just after christmas and their response has been very poor. today i received a cubis lite in the post which is no help at all. i particularly liked the cubs pro tank as, unlike other tanks ive used, never leaked however im really disappointed that the tank lasted less than 6 months. i wish joytech would just replace the faulty cubes pro tank, im afraid i'll never trust their products again. in reply to your reply below, i ordered the cubs pro through my father-in-law (who lives in france) and who sourced a couple for me during the last 6 months. they might well be unavailable in the uk, this doesn't mean they are out of production as was intimated in emails with your parent company in china. as i stated above, the cubs pro (which was recommended to me by my father-in-law) is the only tank i have found which doesn't leak liquid, a massive plus, its just very sad that it hasn't lasted 6 months. UPDATE ii'm really glad to report that a replacement arrived today, thanks very much

Website easy to use and postage is good value. Not overpriced . I ordered late evening and my package came the day after. I would recommend this site. I'm not 100% sure on my vape pen though. I will deal with this directly with them.
