Customer service initial response to a defective item was to try to fob me off to the manufacturer....still waiting to get the problem resolved. Response time is v poor.... Update- contacted by Joyetec who have sorted the problem. It is a shame it came off the back of a poor review but, credit to them for the quick response and action

i purchased Joyetech ego aio but it does not working properly since the first time i tried it. I have emailed customer support about this but instead of advising me to exchange for a new one they advised me to change my breathing technique instead. Obviously there was a problem with the vape itself because the air doesnt even flow properly even i open the maximum airflow on the vape. The vape is now left on the self because no matter what ‘breathing technique’ me and my friends have tried it still not working as it suppose to be, so i decided to just not use it anymore. I would not want to exchange for a new one for no reason because obviously i have to pay for the delivery to ship it back and the process takes time. Just saying that sometimes the product might not working properly and it would be nice to be able to exchange for the one that does work.

Flawless service, Despite my initial order having a messed up delivery address the folks at Joytech managed to correct my details despite their rapid response to orders that meant my previous nights order had already been sent to dispatch prior to 9:00am the following morning! These guys are too quick for their own good :) E-Cig was delivered the following morning to the correct address and has been performing beautifully since then. Can't rate them highly enough.
Nice mod .really good value . Arrived quickly well packaged . One tiny suggestion ,the set up instructions don't say you have to push the capsule quite firmly onto the battery till it clicks . I did struggle a little as I was worried about damaging it . Aside from that tiny niggle I can't fault the product or the company .

Pods are OK but coils are not the best don't last long and the disposable pods are awful only last one fill up and they burn out
