Disability Review: Nightmare, DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAY WITH THEM. In August 2021 I talked to Van to get information about a Japanese cruise package holiday which includes flights, hotels and all transfers. I told them that I am in a wheelchair - cannot walk or stand on my feet - and my mother who is my carer also has walking difficulties and has a weak body. I asked "Will the holiday be suitable for us?". Can I get the shortest/direct flight? In short he said yes. If he was honest and said "Yes but you will have to pay an extra £1000 or more", I wouldn't have booked this holiday. Since the beginning Van dealt with our booking. We have been talking and emailing each other, and I realised that he played games with me. Our flight is on 24th March 2023 (3days to go). Less than a week ago, Van called me and said 'transfers aren't wheelchair accessible but you can book one at the airport for a small price'. He expects us to search for a taxi company in a foreign country while we will be exhausted, stiff, in pain. Also he wasn't sure about the hotel room so I emailed the hotel and my room is somewhat suitable for wheelchair users. I found a wheelchair accessible taxi company which will cost me est. £500 but I don't know how we will manage in the hotel room. I cannot afford to pay extra! Jetline also made me pay an additional £500 for direct flight, because they had booked flights with 3 stops. That would have been a more than 24 hour journey. I increased the rating to two stars. Today, 21st March, at last I have received an email and they will kindly refund me for the transfers. I will add more after my journey. There was a similar review on 9 October 2022, so their attitude toward vulnerable people hasn't improved.

Booking the holiday was a very informative and efficient procedure. better flight times were sourced quickly for only a small surcharge..contact with the concierge service very helpful.all confirmation details and relevant further information was e mailed very quickly after booking
Booking our new cruise was easy. We had previously cancelled a cruise due to ill health and had been issued with cruise credit for that cancellation. Nathan at Jetline sorted out the credit and applied it to our new booking. We were very pleased about that.

Jetline did exactly what they said they would do within the time scales. The operator I dealt with was knowledgeable, had time to answer my queries and had useful tips. She was clear and easy to hear with a very personable manner.

This would be a minus if I could put it on !! 😡 worst company ever please don't book with them. Booked a holiday with them for my 60th birthday with my family 2 days in Rome 9 day cruise ending up in Venice with a 2 day stay there. Booked for 6 of us it wasn't cheap. Anyway couple had to cancel (unforeseen circumstances) I accept that! But jetline charged me £800 for this. We then had someone else drop out so did a name change to which jetline charged me £390 ??for this simple task So all in all its cost me £1190 for nothing. Then when I phoned to arrange to pay flights I was advised that no suitcases were included in initial price so that would be 4x £80 ?? So we were going on holiday for 2 weeks with no clothes 🤔 after disputing this and then going back to pay it price had changed to £120 for each suitcase I was told they never told me it was £80. This has just wasted what was meant to be a 60th birthday celebration with my family. Once my holiday is over please don't ever send me another brochure as I will never book with you again ! And I recommend potential customers think twice and make sure you triple check everything! Booking reference is 2037725 but I know that jetline are not interested in any comments just money ! Well you have certainly made enough out of me ! No customer service staff not interested in helping just feel totally ripped off. I have paid too much up front to back out or I would have told them to just cancel the lot ! You've already ruined my birthday celebration by ripping me off with your excess charges and blaming other parties for which I did ask for proof of ie an invoice from them charging £390 for name change but never got any
Good communications prior, during and post booking. Information supplied and questions answered by Nathan. Prices were more reasonable than seen elsewhere. Overall experience has been impressive.
