I have booked several cruises with Graham Johnson at Jetline Cruise before. So the booking process was easy and seamless. Graham was fantastic as usual.
Unfortunately Trustpilot does not have a negative scale. Booked holiday of a lifetime for our elderly parents as a party of six. Cruise and rocky mountaineer in Canada. Our flights were changed prior to us flying meaning long lay over but choice was take it or loose deposits. We questioned times between connections but was assured all okay. But it wasn’t, flight delayed and we were booked onward as three separate groups even though JLC had stated our bookings were linked. These flights were no good as our parents need assistance but were booked on their own while one of the flights booked would not have got us to our cruise. Spent ages on phone to JLC with no more feed back than there is nothing we can do. Ended up booking hotels overnight and arranging our own transfer from Seattle to Vancouver at great cost. On returning we tried to check into our flights to find that only three of the six could check in while the others were unable to. Delta states tickets needed re confirming by JLC. Many calls and emails latter we were told this was done and there was no issues with tickets even though we still could not check in 3 of us. JLC statement all is okay, just check in at airport. Arrive at airport and 3 of us able to check in but 3 still unable. Delta airlines explained virgin had not reissued the 3 tickets booked by JLC. Stood at check in calling JLC explaining issue, three way call with Delta, Virgin and JLC resulted in no solution. Explained to JLC we need 3 new tickets if they cannot sort the issue or we miss our flight and connecting flight to UK. They did nothing and we had to buy 3 new tickets for £1200 so we could board the flight. Eventually after getting back to the UK, after a lot of stress and £4k+ poorer than we expected we contacted JLC to be fobbed of with nothing to do with us and you should go to your insurance company. Jet Line Cruises will take your money £30k in our case and then will not support you, the 24hr hotline is a joke and often you cannot even leave a message as that is full from other customers trying to get some support. Customer service is none existence, especially after you have paid your money. Save your money and go to a proper travel agent!

Not as advertised. First and last time with Jetline Cruises. Trip included a 3 night stay at a 4 star hotel in Niagara, out of all the passengers on the trip my husband and I were the only ones allocated what can only be described as 2 star at best. A very dated and filthy hotel room.On our return home I emailed Jetline with photos. After emails to and from Jetline their final response was in essence, you get what you are given at the time of booking, so tough luck.No responsibility taken whatsoever.
We were dealt with efficiently and patience was shown throughout. Everything was explained and was the booking was confirmed the man went over every detail again and what would happen next.
Brilliant service from Michael at Jetline Cruise, who booked a TransAtlantic cruise to New York on the Queen Mary 2 and an Amtrak trip on the Maple Leaf train to Niagara Falls for my wife’s birthday. Michael went out of his way to tailor make the holiday to our personal wishes. Thank you!

Have used Jetline Cruises by and have found them very knowledgeable, personable staff. The two areas that could be improved upon are returning phone calls on the day that has been agreed. Giving all the options with the relevant costs.
