I have ordered four or five times from Jellycat up till now, the experiences are all cheerful. All the toys I ordered bring happiness to my whole family without any doubt. But what impressed me the most is the thoughtfulness and kindness of the customer service team. The lady from the service personal, whom I contacted this time due to a problem with local courier responded swiftly and very friendly. She also provided the best assistance, which I could ever hope for. The replacement was sent out rapidly and I have even got an update to 2-days-delivery free of charge. All in all I have only good things to say and one experiences with Jellycat that kind of customer service, which is today only rarity. I can definitely imagine ordering something else directly from Jellycat the next time!

We are so thankful for having a great warm help from Jellycat’s Ms Sara. We received a wrong Otter doll which we have not ordered . My kid is so panic and sad as she is waiting her favourite ordered jellycat dolls in hospital. We are so lucky to have Ms Sara giving us prompt help and support, she reply us very promptly, and I can see a lot enthusiasm of her at her work. My kid is so delighted to have her instant feedback and knowing that her ordered dolls will arrive safely soon and as well she can keep the wrong delivered otter as gift. Though had a shipping issue, the kind and efficient staff (mine is Sara💕) handled it very promptly and thoughtfully! She arranged a reship immediately with an upgraded way. Both the service and products are beyond my expectations. Thank you!
there was a mismatch in the destination label (between delivery address and billing address). And DHL was unable to deliver the order correctly. Kate was great in ensuring that the order was sent to the right address. In the end, my daughter was the happiest person in the world when she received her order (and her friend who received her birthday present too!) Thanks JellyCat.

Ordered my first ever bear for my friends birthday. Id never heard of this company. After some research i came across this company as i read they did really high quality teddy bears . The bear seems really high quality but concidering the price you would hope so as i paid for the biggest. I paid extra for the box too and i have to say i am not disappointed in my product at all. I did contact customer support just incase and Jasmine helped me as I'd read mixed reviews. 5 out of 5 no issues at all so thank you

I got a excellent customer service. When my order was missing because of the the deliverye company, who delivered to the wrong address. After I contacted with Jellycat's customer service and tried to find my items in my area, but I couldn't find it. The Jellycat sent a replacement order to me. Thank you for a quick and excellent service.

Super cute and understanding costumer service, have yet to actually order anything but i honestly have no doubt that ordering will be just as smoothly and nice as talking to customer support. I had to cancel my order the day after i ordered because of personal reasons and they were completely understanding and cancelled my money and made sure that i will get my money back.
