Great service and communication

It was great to be able to find a branded wallpaper at a better price than the actual brand. I guess the only downside was that it took longer to arrive than we anticipated.

Unfortunately UPS gave me no prior notice of the delivery and left £530 of wallpaper in a cardboard box on my doorstep with no shelter - luckily it didnt rain and was still there when I got home. - I havent marked Jane Clayton down as it wasnt their fault but they might want to take note,

Really keen to place an order but customer service are incredibly slow on email and nobody has ever answered the phone when I've tried to call throughout the week.

Jane Clayton offers a wonderful selection of wallpapers at great prices. Their customer services were super friendly and efficient. I made my order and it had arrived by 9am the next morning. Wonderful service, I’ll definitely use again and recommend.

Beautifully made curtains which were well packed to ensure they could be immediately hung without ironing. I had a single double pinch pleat curtain for my front door with interlining. Highly recommend
