Our last consignment under Invoice CAS449010 which was wallpaper from Harlequin did not have our name on the package. Our freight forwarder received the items but did not know who they were meant for.

Absolutely delighted. A bit of a delay in delivery but they sorted it our by delivering to alternative address in Europe when i was there and covered the cost. I ordered three pairs and they look amazing. Wonderful thank you

A bit daunting to sift through the extensive range of wallpaper on offer through Jane Clayton but was given very helpful pointers from Louise Humphries and eventually settled on a beautiful Cole & Son paper. Louise responded promptly to all my queries and worked with me with the timescale of my decorators. Now need to find a curtain fabric.

I ordered and had a few questions, spoke to a really kind, polite and helpful agent who was able to answer all of my queries. I ordered a blind for my kitchen. I was spoilt for choice by the range of fabric available. I ordered some samples which were delivered promptly. The website gives clear instructions as to how to measure for blinds which was reassuring. The blind has arrived and it is finished to a very high standard. Competitive pricing too. Extremely pleased with the product and will be sure to use Jane Clayton again.

Recently bought Zoffany Banyan fabric from Jane Clayton. Both the fabric and the buying experience were excellent. Jane Clayton had extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff on the phone. The fabric was delivered as promised and on time. The Zoffany fabric (in soft blue) is soft with beautiful texture and looks very nice on our dining chairs.

Such an amazing company. Samples were sent quickly and were a great size. I then went on to order 2 rolls of wallpaper and they came SO quickly, were packaged perfectly and were great quality. Bonus is that they use a good delivery company (i.e. not Hermes/Evri). Such a great experience - would definitely order from here again!

Sent me damaged fabric which was being used to make a blind which didn’t become noticeable until held up to the light (water damage). It’s only been 2 months but they are refusing to replace and blaming the manufacturer for not helping despite the Consumer Rights Act stating they have the responsibility as the retailer to replace damaged goods within 6 months. Several months ago they also sold me a wallpaper which had been discontinued which delayed my project. Very disappointed and will not be using again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Jane Clayton and Co. Each time, the company has provided the best price and delivery has been fast. No additional delivery charges either which is much appreciated. If delivery is going to be delayed, they keep you informed. My only niggle is the use of plastic packaging in their boxes.
