I love the speed of delivery, colour and quality of the shoe. However, the right side is slightly shaped differently from the left side. The left side looks more like the picture displayed on the website.

Purchased a single pair initially, brilliant support from Marta who resolved an issue promptly. Great communication throughout the order process and rapid delivery. Was so pleased with my first pair I went back to order a second pair and they arrived the next day! Comfortable, they appear well made and time will tell how they wear.
Even though after purchasing my shoes and was told it was out of stock and will be in stock in a couple of weeks, my emails were replied in a very short time and professionalism. I just got my shoes two days ago and the quality in packaging was beyond great and i surely would recommend JAK to family and friends.

Totally untrustworthy company! They charge you for the return of an item both the shipping fees for the return plus the original shipping fees for the first order. And after all the reason for my return was that their sizing charts are totally wrong and are by no means true to what other companies use. Stay away! *edit Company claims that their return policy is clear on their website when it is not, they charged me 18 euros + 8 euros shipping fee plus 5 euros taxes, both of which are nowhere to be found written on their return policy. All the other negative reviews about the same thing do me justice, but still I lost my money.

Returns was a nightmare, had to complete custom’s return form and DHL wanted to make sure I was not exporting my own goods! Delivery was £15 and £27 to return plus export fee, £42 in total. Will not order again

Great looking sneakers. Looks high quality and expensive. The quality is noticeable when you got them in hand. Confortable straight out of the box however you cannit walk miles in them. I first wore them during a trip and my feet werent so pleased but they are not meant to be worn during all day and walk many miles in them.
