My 1st bottle broke about 2 months after I got it. Getting a replacement was difficult and a nightmare. The replacement broke about a month after I got it, and I just threw it away. Getting a reacement isn't worth the hassle. The construction obviously isn't good, and I couldn't tell any difference from drinking ionized water. I wish I had never spent the money.

I love my ion bottle and the taste is like fresh cold spring water. And the health benefits are an added bonus

I ordered two Pro bottles. They arrived, but one of the boxes did NOT have a nasal canula like advertised. I have tried no less than 5 times to get them to make this right and they STILL have not done so. And communicating with this company is an exercise in frustration. They may or may not respond to your communications with an email. And they say you can reply to their emails, but you cannot. The emails do not go through. Then you are left trying again and again and again. I will not recommend this company because their service and communication is so poor.

I've been using ionbottles for almost two months now. It's a good addition to my health program. Looks really cool too. Is able to provide about 20 servings before needing a charge. Price is decent, and so far very reliable and well built.

The bottom of the bottle leaks..no matter how many times I take it off and put it back on. Not worth the cost. Disappointed

Awful, items never arrived, after more than 2 months, and their customer support is just ignoring my messages. They only answered once, stating that, as I live in a remote part of Spain, it is normal to wait so much. I live in Mallorca, and Mallorca airport is the third in Spain for traffic….

2nd Update: January 9th, 2024. Thank goodness I used PayPal, I was able to turn them in, after their investigation, they awarded all of my money back. After running some tests on the machine, it is in fact a fake, does not perform the way the company claims. They tried to keep some of my money with bogus claims but once again.. because I used PayPal, they were able to see what this company did.. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are now trying to flag me as a fake reviewer for a second time, but I already supplied them and Trustpilot with my customer order number and I've submitted multiple photos of my order process and refund to Trustpilot. Trustpilot, please stop harassing the victims by asking for info that was already provided and go after the scumbag company ION Bottles instead. Thank You. (Please keep in mind, almost all of these companies are the same. You'll need to research heavily for the real deal.) (First Review): I've reached out several times to this company, by social media, they're chat options, their fake SMS number and through email. They deleted my first comment on Instagram,when asking for help, now I just discovered they blocked me on Instagram when I stated the issues I was having and letting others know what I've experienced. I found out I was blocked and censored because I used a "keyword" (China), apparently telling people facts like Ionbottles are shipped from China goes against policy standards.. so the truth is wrong to share... real American! This company is nothing but a scam, there bottles ARE shipped from China, they think they're slick by saying an "An American Company" persuading you to believe they're made here, but in reality they're not. I knew something was up right after I ordered, I started receiving shipping notifications all in Chinese, I started reaching out then and was of course ignored. They chose the wrong one to steal money from. Do they seriously think they will continue to get away with this? If anyone is on board with stopping them let me know. All it takes is a group and we'll get it handled. I spent almost $300 on a pitcher and a smaller bottle, both are junk within a week of use. Meanwhile, they're laughing all the way to the bank. Don't be fooled, do your research and STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Hey Ion Bottles, try deleting this message you scumbags! What a nice arrogant reply, you smug, unethical coward. I have all the proof you blocked me, if you think for one second you can pull any stunts with me, you've got the wrong person. And you don't exactly have all the correct details. Why don't you check all your missed emails that I've sent and do your job properly by responding to those instead of getting made a fool of on here. I submitted the proof as requested and I'm very much real and a victim of your theft. 1st thing was the charger cord went bad about 3 days into use luckily I ordered 2 units so I had a back up but it’s been a few months of use an I’m not seeing the benefits claimed. It’s water with bubbles to make it seem interesting but all I have found is it’s no different than regular spring water. Maybe it doesn’t work for me but a friend has 1 as well an I haven’t heard anything diff or positive about it from them either. Like everything today it’s fake as far as I’m concerned. Waste a $$ most expensive water bottle I’ve ever had

I love my ion bottle. I use it to fill all my water bottles that I drink during the day. The cover makes me feel safer about taking it out in the world too.

This company is Amazing. I had purchased to ION bottles and about a month after my bottle got cracked and I got in touch with them and they were very compassionate and took care of me right away, I had insured both of the bottles. All I had to do was pay for shipping and that was it. Within a week or two I had MY new bottle in the mail.

I ordered directly from the company on 07/29 with priority shipping, which according to the Postal Service is 1 - 3 days. A shipping label was created on 8/01 and as of today, 08/06, the package has NOT reached USPS. I contacted the company twice. On 08/02 I was told the package was about to leave the warehouse and I should allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. On 08/04 I was told the package was on its way to the USPS hub. I could have ordered this from Amazon Prime and had it delivered next day.

To-date, I have been pleased with the product and the company’s customer service. I travel almost weekly. I am concerned the glass bottle may hit something and crack. However, I am drinking 8-10 bottle per day. Therefore I am charging the bottle daily. If there was anything I think could use improvement, it would be a higher charging capacity and shatterproof bottle.
