First bottle took weeks to arrive. Then the glass shattered while no one was touching it sitting on counter. Took multiple emails to get response on warranty. Now it’s been weeks again and I still don’t have the replacement. Insane bad product and service so far for the price. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Received the bottle and it worked great until I had to charge it. The bottle would not charge and to make it worse I contacted the company and they would not exchange the bottle or give me a refund even though they claim you have 45 days to do so. The company said they do not exchange defective products!!! Worse company ever.

I never received the bottle that I paid for. At the time of ordering they did not indicate how long shipping would take nor did they offer an expedited shipping option which I would have gladly paid for. By the time the order shipped I was no longer at the same address. I alerted customer service as soon as I could but they offered no resolution. I was very disappointed as I was excited about the product.

Good luck if you want to return it for a refund when it breaks …they don’t answer emails quick and want pictures of it…don’t bother buying this product

My bottle has leaked through the bottom and the charge port multiple times, and I have done all of the asks from the company to address the issue and it still leaks and now sometimes wont charge or turn on when I want it too. The back and forth over email is simply annoying when I have sent pics of the issue, and done what is asked, normally the next person to respond is someone different and will ask for the same things over again, I like the bottle and the water from it, but the leaking issue is a pain to deal with.

Received my order. Cost $150 and lasted for 3 uses. Sent email to customer service asking for a replacement and they wanted a video. Sent the video and never heard from them again after numerous emails. DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF

Ordered as a gift for my mother for Christmas. Ordered in Dec 7. Product has still not arrived. I have asked for a refund several times, with no response to any of my communication. Do not buy from these people.

I purchased 3 bottles and one of them doesn't work, no bubbles and only one blue light working (not 3). I have tried to contact the company numerous times but am sent standard replies which in no way address my concerns. I'm not looking for a refund just a replacement. I like the product but the customer service is very poor.

Update: It was a bit of an experience but they did replace the defective bottle and the new one is going great. The customer service was responsive after the Christmas season rush?? and after several steps to confirm that it wasn’t user error, they replaced the bottle with no cost to me. I was initially irritated but I now understand that with an expensive product that has so much tech that can malfunction they needed to check it all out before sending a new one. Original review: (I initially loved the product and was excited to receive it for Christmas even after it took nearly a month to arrive. Sadly it leaked and stopped working after less than a week. No response from customer )service. I was hopeful but so far disappointed.

Love it and have my whole family using the Ion bottle. I use mine everywhere I go (gym,work, thanksgiving etc). Just wish my battery would last longer.

Took over a month to receive it, only to see USPS put the source of the shipment as "alibaba". Upon looking into it, I found their exact water bottle for $10-$15 on alibaba, they just add their label to it. Horrible scam company, wish I did better research before buying. Edit - since posting this, they have tried TWICE to get my review removed, and I had to provide receipts to prove that I am a legitimate customer. Also to add, they finally “refunded” me but took $27 off my $183 purchase with no explanation, and also made me pay for the shipping back to them to get the refund, so I’m out probably $50 of my original order. DO NOT order from these guys

I placed an order on November 26, 2023, for a water pitcher, plus warranty; a standard bottle; protective sleeve for the bottle. The total cost was $276.93, charged to my Mastercard credit card. Ion Bottles website, does not give customers information of where their products are shipped from; nor is there any way for customers to find access to where their products are shipped from. I have sent numerous emails inquiring where my products were; and for shipping information. Every response I have received from every representative has been evasive. Meaning, I received advertisements daily to purchase more product in my email inbox; when I have not received my original order. I finally received a response two days ago; that included a tracking number. When I clicked the button for the tracking status; it stated my shipment was en route, in Central CHINA! Only until then, I learned that Ion Bottles products come from CHINA. I am in the middle of a dispute with my credit card institution, refuting the charges. The dispute was originally requested by me, due to 4 email inquiries from me to Ion Bottles. In every response by representatives of Ion Bottles, to all 4 emails I sent; for example the representative's respone was, "I have good taste." On that email there was no tracking number information, nor a date I could expect to receive my order. The rest of the responses have been the same kind of evasive responses. The only exception, was the email sent 2 days ago (which was sent after I filed my dispute with my credit card institution). That email from 2 days ago gave me, a tracking number, for the first time. The tracking number reported my order was in China, with no information of my order's being shipped to any other location; nor an approximate date it will arrive within the U.S. I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. I bought the Ion water pitcher, it took over a month to get. No big deal. It lasted only two months. No big deal. Figured just a fluke, things happen. I sent it in for a replacement. I had to pay $35 to send it back to Ion. When asked if o would be reimbursed, I was told no but “great news” we won’t charge you to ship the replacement. The customer should not have to pay to send a malfunctioning product that was purchased through your company. Remind you, it only lasted two months. It’s an embarrassment to your company
