Great products, plus excellent service!

I ordered 2 Pros at end of Dec. 2023. I'm using one of them right now. I had a cheaper different brand with only a 3 min option which worked well. I like the 10 min option as I have one in the morning and evening... I have noticed my brain fog is less ... but it is harder for me to notice other things. I believe consistent use over a longer time will start to reveal more tangible benefits. Bought lifetime guarantee. Everything else works as promised.

Original shipping took much monger than expected (ordered 12/16, 1/11) received and I received the incorrect items. I contacted customer service and they sent out the correct items but their shipping again took a long time (replacement confirmed 1/24 and no follow up information or shipment confirmation received until 2/5) and it seemed like they didn't start the shipping process until a couple weeks later when I emailed them again because it seemed like it was taking too long. I was only ordering a replacement charging cable and o-ring seals.

Great product! I have been using my Ion Bottle for a month now and feel great. The water after Hydronizing tastes great. I also had a great experience with customer service. Long story short, I broke my glass bottle and Ion Bottles sent me a brand new unit instead of just selling / replacing the glass container. I broke the glass and they sent me a new unit! Amazing!

Had an issue with bottle not working so I emailed and then spoke with a few people via email and video of issue and after seeing my video/ bottle not working they sent me a new bottle and I received tracking and had new bottle within a week or two. Excellent customer service.

I bought the triton jug and have been using it for a few weeks now. I like the size just wish the battery would last longer and it would charge faster. Also been nice I they could figure out a way to insulate the jug so it stays colder longer or had some sort of cover for the Triton. Other then that I won't drink regular water ever again.

I thought this was just another gimmick to sell water bottles. However, after trying the bottle and the hydrogen water, all I have to say is WOW, life changing.

This bottle is a game changer! I’ve never felt better in my life. I’m sleeping great and my energy is thru the roof. I’m 36 and I feel like I’m in my early 20’s! If I could buy I bottle for everyone that I care about I would. Highly recommend

I have used mine since last fall, use it almost everyday, all day. Love it! Its started getting a little glitchy and then stopped working. TODAY I got my fee new replacement (very shinney new toy) Thanks ION Bottles!!!!!!

Hello I was studying up on hydrogen water and which bottle appealed to me. I chose the ionbottle pro. I was having trouble figuring out the programming the three Simple Modes. Great customer service makes all the difference. We bought a couple of bottles and have been using them the past few months. While trying to disassemble to clean one of the bottles broke at the base. I contacted IonBottles fully prepared and hoping to be able to buy another glass portion of the bottle. After a quick email and video showing what happened they're replacing the whole bottle for cost of shipping. That's awesome. I am loyal to companies with exceptional customer service and Ion proves to be one of those companies.

After being totally happy with my first IonBottle, I ordered the larger version. After checking out, I noticed that I hadn’t updated my address after recently moving. I got in touch with the IonBottle team, and Franz immediately responded by email and rectified my mistake! Using the IonBottle I have seen very good results healing from various small cuts and abrasions which are difficult for me due to type II diabetes. I believe my overall health is better as well.
