Without any resistance from the customer support team I was able to get a replacement for my hydrogen bottle I recently bought that was having some glitches.

Customer service is important to me and I feel there is far to little of it today. This company is an example of GREAT customer service, however. I received the Ion Pro bottle recently. It had a defective seal that leaked water into the base unit upon first use. I emailed the company with the issue. A couple of communications back and forth and I had a new Pro bottle being shipped to me right away! Thank you!

I ordered my first ever bottle, used it daily for two months without issues. I did notice shipping took awhile, but after contacting the company I learned they were a small company and working to stay caught up. Recently, I dropped my bottle and accidentally broke the glass. I contacted customer service to see if they would sell me a new glass, they were responsive and ultimately, replaced my entire bottle for free. There are a lot of complaints on here, I just have to say it's nice to actually talk to a real person in the US and know you're working with a small, local company. Thank you and I definitely recommend.

So far so good. Product itself seems solid, although the base does seem to leak a bit of water. Also, more clear instructions would be nice. For example, it wasn't super clear initially that the power button side is on bottom instead of top. I would also write the warning on opening the bases after each refill in small print on the bottle somewhere instead of on a separate instructions doc.

Had a charging problem and customer service put me through the wringer. They don’t respond to emails but do seem to respond to their online contact form. After going back and forth with them for over 3 months they finally shipped a replacement bottle. It charges as designed. Can’t recommend them due to slow and spotty customer service. As far as if the hydrogen water actually helps me, I can’t tell a difference. It might and it might not.

This bottle requires a double cycle(running it two consecutive times, open the cap after the first run to relieve pressure) to reach around .5 to .7 mg/l of hydrogen. To reach my desired ingestion of 7 mg/l per day I have to consume 10-12 full double-cycled bottles per day. I tested this with 6ml beaker and H2Blue drops. Other bottles on the market I have seen produce better hydrogen with less cycling required. The excess need to cycle will lead to premature product wear cutting the life space in half.

It took over three weeks to get my order. When I received it, in it's poor state looking like it was packaged from an individual rather than a Business and the box was smashed. There was indications of this being dropped while out of the packing with a ding on the front and the opposite side bulging out of the water bottle. I asked for customer service for a refund and there was never instructions on how to do so. If I pay almost $100 it should be in 100% satisfaction no questions asked. I will definitely not be a repeat customer!

Your service was terrible. Ordered for Christmas,weeks in advance,did not come until after Christmas.So I then had to pay shipping to forward the gift. Spoke with him last week,it has stopped working. Said he will reach out to your company. I wish him luck. I personally will never buy another 100.00 dollar water bottle from you again.

We received a bottle in the mail, and within a couple days it stopped working. It took a little bit of an effort to prove that it was broken, but we were provided with a new bottle free of charge, which was nice. It has worked fantastic for several months.

I bought 4 bottles for me and my family. The large bottle is not very durable as the top shattered off of it after a 2 ft fall hitting the gym floor. I am not sure what to do about it at this point. It lasted about 2 months.

Well I honestly can't say I like or dislike the product. Ive been using it dailey for about 2 months give or take. To me it just seems like a fancy bottle that makes bubbles with a blue light inside of it. I dont feel any different at all. I dont feel any more or less hydrated than before. The only issue I have had was the charge port was off center but with a little cutting around the rubber seal I was able to properly hook in the charger. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to put something in it too? How does little bubbles in the water do any good for me? I don't know, I kinda feel like it's snake oil but I gave it a shot.

I also thought my new bottle looked used by the packaging. I ordered two bottles, they came separately. One of them did not have the breathing tube included in the package.
