Horrible customer service. It worked for a couple months, tried 2-3 weeks to contact them regarding the warranty and they haven't answered once. Use a different company

Received my ion bottle a few weeks ago, and so far so good. It has now become part of my night time ritual, before I go to bed I have a cup of hydronized water. And enjoy the calm hue of light and gas bubbles it puts off while i wait on my cup🫧.

This product was great. However, I’m extremely disappointed due to the fact that the batter won’t take a charge anymore. I spent 150$ for a product, only to use it for 2 months and that’s it. The only positive thing I can say is that it was nice while it worked. Again, extremely disappointed.

Good quality bottle and perfect travelling size. The bottle had an offset charger and the company responded quickly and sent me another bottle. Good customer service. Would buy again

I had an issue with one of my bottles and sent an email to customer service for so possible troubleshooting. In less than 24 hours Franz B. Messaged back to help. I was expecting a reply to take at least 4-5 days!! So amazing knowing that customer service is important to this company. Thanks again!

I’ve had my bottle for a week now. So far I like it. The water tastes great. I subtracted 1 star because it arrived with a dent on the lid. Other than that it’s good so far.

Had a small issue with the cap fitting but customer support was awesome, they took care of it right away, were attentive and efficient. Love my ionbottle!

Does the hydrogen pro bottle actually provide all the benefits it says it does? I’m not a scientist, I dunno - but do overall feel better after using it daily for a couple of weeks, and the water does taste better imo! Even if get some of the effects advertised - that would be great… otherwise, at least my water taste better lol

I ordered 2 ion bottle in December and when they arrived, neither one of them worked! I reached out to customer support to let them know, and they responded within a few days. They were happy to resend two new bottles and I received them no problem. Both bottles worked and I have now been using mine for a few months and so far so good. I haven't noticed any significant changes yet, but I do believe in the idea and the water tastes quite good, so I will continue to use and see if I notice anything. I am giving a 5 star review because I was impressed with the customer service and I do believe something is occurring within me even if I can't quantify yet.

Had an issue with my ION water bottle. It would not take a charge. Upon emailing, I received instructions that helped me reset the bottle and successfully charge it. Very responsive, thorough, and professional. Thank you! I highly recommend both the product, and give good ratings for their service!

I have seen a lot of Hydrogen Bottles on the internet. Made a big mistake in buying one without much research. You would think after how old I am I would have known better Nope! Did research I am extremely happy with my AMERICAN MADE ION HYDROGEN BOTTLE. I stress this because not only is the bottle superior in every way but the staff at ION are also. I highly recommend this ION bottle far superior to any of the rest that are on the market.

I had the bottle less than a month when it broke. The bottle itself is very weak and brittle. When I reached out I was told I had to pay $15 in shipping to get a replacement. Pretty disappointing for the price I paid for this product.

Quickly answered questions with a right to the point answers and no sales pitch. I appreciate that.

My bottle leaks out of the top and for some reason one night my bottle was leaking from the charging slot

Love my titan bottle . I must say this company has the best costumer service I have ever dealt with ever ! I should be a spoke person for this company lol . What a difference this makes with my inflammation. And sleeping so much better as well . If you are skeptical just try it ! You will not regret it ! I bragged about it so much everyone in my family bought one !

I received an IonBottle from my girlfriend. I love it. Just had an issue with a leak and contacted Support. After we tried a fix, the issue was still there. Franz and his team contacted me promptly and issued me a new replacement bottle. Excellent communication and service!! Thanks, again!
