The team at intercounty have been outstanding throughtout the process of sale and purchase. I've never once had to chase for updates I've had weekly calls even if there wasn't anything to report, With 7 in the chain that's a huge task! Jenny in particular has been fantastic and has made what could have been a very stressful time completely stress free! I'm incredicle grateful to the team for all their help.

This was the second time I have used Intercounty to sell a property and I will be definitely using them if I sell again. Good, reliable and punctual.
I have used Intercounty once to buy a property and was not impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. The process of buying would have been much shorter if they had kept their mind on the process. As for using them as a letting agency, I have mixed feelings. but I have found their staff both good and friendly but lacking in efficiency. they are no worse than other agencies I have used.
Everything worked well, still waiting for Saturday's completion but so far so good.

Can't reallly say enough about Intercounty! Found them invaluable for getting our house move over the line and even with my daily phone calls (sorry) they were always so friendly and accomodating! Estate agents tend to be looked at negatively but Intercounty have shown just how important having a good estate agent is and I know if we ever move again we will only be using Intercounty!

I put the house on the market through the local manager Andrew Kershaw and achieved a sale at my desired price within a few days. The conveyancing firm which I used put an inexperienced person on my sale and his performance was very poor. Consequently I had to return to Andrew several times either to find out where the sale stood or to get him to intervene with my buyer and his solicitor. This Andrew did and my thanks to hime for seeing the sale through. Meanwhile when he was out of the office his team responded quickly and thoughtfully. Great job- InterCounty Dunmow
After finding a buyer for our house in a couple of weeks, it came to light that the solicitor we had when we bought it had not registered it correctly on the Land Registry. A simple sale turned into months of sleepless nights, tantrums and tears whilst the recommended solicitor corrected this major mistake. Along the way a new buyer was found and the sale went through after 8 months. Nick, Dominic and James were there for every phone call, visit, grumble, moan and laugh. Meg has certainly earned Intercounty a five star. She herself was a star in everyway. She was supportive, kind, respectful, a good communicator, understanding and helpful. l could not have asked anymore of her that she hadn't already tried to do. She did her best and more, and that to me was job well done. She showed a great love for her job.
