Huge choice of products on the website. Viewing items & ordering is easy due to the well designed filtering system on there. Ordered Thursday evening, items were dispatched Friday morning & arrived on Saturday. The lights look amazing in our conservatory we will definitely be buying again once we decorate the lounge.

Great website, and lovely products, but the packaging - oh dear… I know I’m paying for the product and not the box it comes in, but these packaging needs to be carefully considered and as environmentally friendly as possible. What I received was an excessively big outer box, a load of air-filled plastic pillows and bubble-wrap just to make sure! On opening the (blank and uninspiring) boxes I was greeted by polystyrene casing - WHY?! Awful stuff and no need for it - please use moulded card like egg-boxes (like Artifact and other popular lighting brands) and use packing paper in place of all the bubble wrap - then you have a 100% happy customer!!
