I ordered some lights for my kitchen, they arrived in 2 days, upon delivery we found one of the fittings had a scratch we took a picture and sent to the customer service department on a Sunday, by 9.30 Monday morning we received a reply saying a new light had been dispatched and would be with us within 2 days, absolutely no argument or dispute about the condition. I emailed to thank them and received a response within 5 mins from Kat, informing me if there was anymore issues we were to contact them straight away. I have to say this is first class customer service and would 100% recommend them and their services...Top Job !!!!!
