Easy site with good detail, as well good service. The food is delicious to say the least. Iku will be a constant for me.

The meals are delicious and healthy and filling. I had been reluctant to try a meal service as I was worried about the plastic waste, but everything is either recyclable or compostable. The food was delivered promptly, and as someone who is time poor it just made my life so much easier.

Great value for money, delicious food, and a very flexible menu. I wish some meals have more sauces in them 😅 but otherwise very happy about the service.

I've tried a few plant based pre-prepared meals, but IKU is the tastiest. Wide range of choices and really fresh. Loved the salads and the laksa was also outstanding. Easy to order, environmentally friendly packaging and friendly delivery.

Meals looked good and tasted better! We both feel healthier since we started having IKU for dinner. My only suggestion is perhaps make some portions larger so small eaters can share one.

I tried the 5 day reset from IKU. There was a great variety of meals and each was delicious and filling. They were all very fresh, and most lasted well to their due date (only one salad seemed a little off when it came due to eat). The meals were well packed (mostly recyclable) and arrived promptly. There was a hiccup with the courier not collecting my delivery from the warehouse on the weekend. IKU customer service was excellent - Russell provided outstanding communication, and issued a fresh batch of meals that arrived very quickly.

Delivered in a cool box so it was fine waiting for me until I go home. The food was tasty. But I found that each meal on its own wasn't very filling. It had to supplement it with something else. Regardless it was great. Good variety of veggies used and tasty. I thought it was good value for money

Fantastic healthy food and awesome service

We have really been enjoying our Iku meals - they are fresh, tasty and the portion sizes are actually fine (and I'm a hungry person!) The delivery has been reliable, easy and friendly, and the ordering system is simple and quick. Unlike others, I love that you aren't locked into a subscription and the added hassle of remembering to pause, cancel etc. I enjoy picking the meals and snacks every week and it takes 5 minutes. I'd love to see more dishes or sides with lots of leafy greens (green fritters maybe?!), replacement of the sunflower oil with olive oil (less omega-6 please), and the miso eggplant bowl needs some sweetness. Some more variety in grains (e.g. buckwheat, teff, amaranth, barley etc) would be great, given the higher arsenic content of brown rice. I also think the laksa needs a bit more tofu and some greens - the amount of added tofu is really tiny. Also some cookies with lower saturated fat please! Otherwise though, the meals are delicious and taste fresh and homemade - we especially love the lima bean casserole, green goddess salad, and soba noodle salad. Way better than other meal delivery services we have tried - highly recommended!

Great variety and delicious food. Very convenient and it was great to have fresh nutritious food that I could grab without thinking about it!!

There is a large variety of healthy, fresh and tasty meals on offer - and for a reasonable price. The packaging of both the delivery box and meal containers are also thankfully mostly recyclable and/or biodegrable. My only minor gripe is that I have to manually order the meals each week. I would prefer having a subscription that rolls over like other subscription-based services like Soulara that I have used.

I have long been a fan of iku - eating at their Sydney stores each time I visited from Melbourne. I was overjoyed to see them open up delivery interstate and was not disappointed. Delicious, healthy meals that are so easy to reheat & eat. I have a newborn baby so it’s an absolute game changer to have these in the fridge!

I love this food and look forward to it every day. I have been a fan of Iku since it started in Glebe. The only thing I would say is meals like the Caesar salad with croutons should have the croutons packaged, separately, the dressings are way too oily and the menu doesn't seem to change very often. There's a limit to the number of times you can eat the same thing! Also I'd love to see less rice (carbs) with the meals and more of the actual dish - beans, lentils etc and if you could bring back the old stuffed tofu pockets and more meals with seaweed, I'd be in heaven. I also used to LOVE your mezze plates. Any chance of those coming back? Loving the cucumber rice noodle and soba noodle salads.also love the packaging is much more sustainable than most.
