Made a call to customer services re a new boiler,immediately my mind was at ease, able to speak with a real person. Made my order and was given a fitting date,which was the next day. unfortunately the engineer went sick, but was informed by customer services at 9-10. Arranged a new date and the engineer was here at 8-00 am. He was very courteous and very tidy in his work. By mid to late afternoon all was up and running. He explained the controls etc etc. and in my opinion did a first class job. We would not hesitate in using or referring IHEAT again in the future

After a lengthy research for a new boiler, I decided to go with IHeat for their competitive price and the ability to pay in interest free instalments. The customer service was excellent from the start to finish and I would recommend them👍. However, and the reason why I’m only giving 4 stars, is that the engineer who installed it, did a good job with the installation but except for the actual old boiler, left all the rubbish such as rubble, pipes etc. behind 😕
