Answered all of my questions over the telephone beforehand and fitted a new boiler quickly. I’ve had an issue with the boiler since it was installed and they arranged a call from the engineer and a visit from the manufacturer quickly too. I deducted a star as on my email with iHeat quotes on it and at the top of the screen when I was about to choose and pay for a boiler, it said I was eligible for £50 off by using a code of theirs. I tried the code and it said it was invalid. I then had to call them to query this and was told my boiler wasn’t eligible for the discount. I pointed out it was confirmed on my quotes and when I was trying to pay but just got an apology as it was an error, with no offer to knock £50 anyway. I couldn’t be bothered to shop around again so just went ahead.

iHeat not only offered the best competitive price on boiler replacement, but also the service was excellent. The boiler installer arrived on time and did an amazing job to a very high quality. I would recommend iHeat to anyone as well as family and friends.

I bought a new boiler with installation from iHeat. The installation was completed only 3 days after placing an order and on the day as planned. The installer was excellent, very pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to complete the installation. Throughout the process iHeat have stayed in touch. Our boiler had recently broken down, and so we searched online for new boilers. We found iHeat, but wasn't sure whether to buy from there. Great communication from both engineer and customer service to ensure a suitable time and when they were arriving. No mess left and boiler is working well including engineer turning up the temperature of my water! Really pleased and cheaper than everywhere I looked

office staff very helpful kept me informed all the way the fitter was very good ,the boiler i ordered was not suitable replacement he reorder the correct one, the Alpha E-Tec 15 is very good price and works well very quite in operation, would recommend.

My old boiler died on the Monday , I went online and found iheat, checked them out from a a review perspective and liked what I saw . The communication was flawless with Sam at iheat and so easy , iMessage and emails keeping me updated throughout the process . Jonathan the installer arrived 9am Wednesday whistled and sang throughout the removal of the old system and installation of the new system , absolute pleasure to have such a happy hardworking professional doing a fantastic job. Home cleared of all waste and new installation so clean and our house is toasty again . Very highly recommended and extremely happy with the service all done in just over 48 hrs from the first call. 10/10

Was due to arrive between 07.30 and 09.30. Actually arrived at 12.30 so installation was rushed.
