From start to finish the experience was easy and very professional. The speed in which the everything happed was unbelievably quick . Put the order through on the Tuesday and the boiler was fitted the very next day. Gergana was great and the engineers lead by Brandon were also great , polite , professional and very tidy. Can’t thank the Iheat team enough.

A keen price, some one/an actual person always available to take your call, transparency, true to their word on the speed and competence most particularly of the plumber who installed the boiler.

I checked online for the best prices and range of combi boilers, heat came out the best for price or equal to the cheapest, but they also had the earliest and largest range of installation dates. Ordered the boiler online and payed which was easy, then had confirmation of the installation date. They sent emails asking for pictures of the old boiler which were easy to upload. The installer arrived on time and was polite and checked a few things with me during the installation to make sure I was happy, it was being fitted in a cupboard and the bottom pipe was going to show but no way around this, but was good to be kept informed. The boiler took a day to install and is working fine, the only down side is the installer cut a new flue hole in the wall and this made a lot of dust in the kitchen, If informed I could have covered everything with sheets so had a lot of dust to clean up. This was fed back to heat who phoned a few days later to check how the installation went and confirm the warranty cover. IHeat have made sure to feed this back to the installer, overall the company seems adept and trustworthy and easy to contact if needed.

Great experience with iHeat. From booking a slot to the engineer leaving I received great service from start to finish. Engineer arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself and gave clear explanations on how to operate the new boiler. For ease of booking, quality of work and follow up experience, I would definitely recommend.

I had a boiler fitted 5 weeks ago absolutely fantastic service. Yesterday my home gas meter failed due to battery in the unit being flat. I presumed at first my new boiler had failed so I called iheat, as I said it turned out it was my meter but I'd just like to say how amazing iheat were with helping me and following up with me to help in anyway they could! Big shout out to Alex today for her courteous and professional service. Would recommend I heat 100% for a fabulous service throughout my dealings with them!

Easy website to use, even explained things about boilers I didn't know clearly! Quick and simple with immediate support if needed. Boiler was fitted and old one was removed the next day. Was told it would be all day but it only took 4 hours. They called to confirm arrival time and made sure I knew how to use it, complete with manual. They even registered my boiler and setup my warranty. Highly recommend

Use i Heat if you need a new boiler.The whole process from opening iHeat online, completing the questionnaire for a quote to the completed boiler installation was so smooth and easy. The engineer was polite, efficient and professional which was evident in the way he instructed and mentored his apprentice. When they first arrived they put a protective film over the stair carpet and when left at the end of the day there was no trace of the last boiler.I felt we got excellent value with not just a good price including the new boiler, installation and 11 year guarantee but good aftercare. The experience has left us with a peace of mind that you'd want after a job well done.
