From start to finish Iheat were so easy to use. Any questions I had I got answers to straight away. Everything just seemed so easy. What I loved most was that there are no hidden costs. The price was absolutely amazing, it was half the price what British Gas quoted me. The engineers that came were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. He made sure we were 100% happy and confident in how to work our new combi boiler.

From finding a quote on the website to speaking to a representative to confirm a price and book, I was given clear guidance and help and managed to book in a boiler installation the very next day. The fitter, Gary, was brilliant. Explained how the boiler worked once he had finished and was fun to have around for the day! All this for £1k less than a competitor.

Brilliant experience from start to finish! Straight forward website and survey to find the right boiler and order. Great communication throughout, kept up to date. 2 hour time slot given meaning I wasn’t waiting around all day. The guy that came was very efficient and helpful and no complaints with the work done!

We recently had our boiler installed by iheat, they removed an old tank from the loft space. Upon doing so one of the 4 engineers spilt some water on the loft installation and failed to tell anyone or clean it up, over the coming weeks the water soaked through and left the water to be soaked up by the ceiling boards and consequently sagged. We have reported this to iheat, no Matter how many times you explain what's wrong they still fail to understand specific but simple details about what's happened. They have sent an engineer out and told him it was to investigate a pipe that's leaking. This is not the case, the engineer took the same photos as I have and said they will get back to me. Upon chasing for a response they have said that the leak is to do with pipeword under the floorboards. We don't have any floorboards in our loft and there's never been any pipework anywhere near where they are blaming this on. They are failing to take responsibility but have not even investigated the issue either as they can't communicate and are misinformating eachother. Further more we already had to get them back for a leak on the magcleaner they installed in the garage on the new boiler and failed to install the hive we paid for ! Disgraceful company

Easily arranged on line. Very competitive pricing. Installation was glitch free and happened on the day appointed. Company chosen for installation very professional. Left worksite clean and tidy. All rubbish and packaging removed and taken away. Extremely impressed with transaction front start to finish. Highly recommend iheat.

The engineer who handled the installation was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do, and worked efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace. Person that did installation was pleasant Sadly we found the next day that quite a few of our radiators had trapped air This should have been better checked by person doing the installation We did not expect to having to do this ourselves. As i have mobility issues I had to wait till my husband could do this. All could have been better

It was an easy process to find the right boiler for our property after answering a few questions. We were presented with a lot of choice and upon selecting the one we thought might be most suitable we were assigned Marcos Giorgiani of Alpha & OmeGa's property services to install. I was amazed that one person was able to remove a system boiler and install a new combi boiler in one day. We were very impressed by the workmanship and the professionalism by all parties.

We chose iHeat because of the reviews and the fact that they could install our new boiler in a timely manner. Communication was great and still is. The Engineer and his assistant were polite and ensured everything was working before leaving. They left the place clean and tidy and gave me instructions on using the new thermostat.

iHeat coordinated our boiler replacement in less than a week. The pricing was competitive and we used their 0% finance option as the boiler replacement was an unexpected cost. The communication was really good - confirming the installation date by phone. The engineer that fitted our boiler was so courteous; he made sure to explain the features of the boiler and left our house tidy.

After my boiler was declared unrepairable I searched the Internet and came across iheat they were cheaper than all the others and had great reviews and with good cause. From start to finish so simple to choose a boiler submit pictures of my boiler, choose a date only 48 hours later and make payment. Communication was excellent and the installer Johnny was fabulous very friendly, polite and informative, tidied up and left my home as he found it, would 100% recommend Thankyou iheat.👍

We were glad that we booked installation just 2 days after the purchase date. The engineer (Kevin) arrived on time, installed our new boiler efficiently, and he also left us a clean boiler room. Highly recommended!
