You have a handbook guide, but only list about 1/5 of what it covers. The items you have listed are not what I need help with so the example is useless to me.
Low cost HR apps but they have a few bugs that they can’t seem to get rid of over three years. For instance you have to delete employee email address is you want to make and save changes in employee record. Unnecessary Basel that is well documented. Also to assign Supervisor to employee you are forced to scroll through Al employees ex employees and active.
The pricing is just right for the app services offered. I would like to see more app features in the future.
I purchased this product over a year ago. I mainly signed on for the updates on our posters and such. I get an email that there were several chages in Indiana last year, but I never received an updated poster. I tried logging in to check and got messages indicating we had no account so I signed up again. Paid for the poster service, then get an automatic renewal message. I reached out and was told they would cancel the service. They did not...I got charged for a second so I had to deal with canceling that and getting refunded. THen when I said we purchased a second location, I was told I have to pay for an entire second service. Very confusing and frustrating. Not very good customer service either.
I only utilize a couple of the apps however, they are extremely user friendly and provide everything I need for attendance tracking.

Excellent service as always, keeping us 100% compliant every year without a lot of follow up calls to sell you something you don't need like other companies do.
I have an issue with the applications not linking to each other. For example, an approved time off request does not remove PTO time in the Attendance Calendar. In order for PTO to be tracked, I have to put an additional entry to capture the time deduction and two entries per employee. As well, last years, time approved are not filed away, but the list continues to grow longer with no way to sort by date.
It's a very good app it just needs some improvements/upgrades to make it 5 star worthy. You need to be able to share the employees with different supervisors. We have multiple field crews and sometimes the guys switch and go with different managers/supervisors. These special jobs can sometimes take days so it's good that all managers are able to comment on attendance issues with whomever is on their crew that day. Right now you can only assign each person to one manager. This is the main issue I would like to see changed.

We really purchased this so it could be done using a mobile device by our leaders in the field. But it has to be conducted via a computer.
I'm an Admin for a Fire Department. The only complaint I have is that the sick time field only allows for 3 digits. In my world, fireman can accrue well over 1000 hours of sick time over their career. I emailed support and never received a response. I called and spoke to a customer service agent who told me this field could not be changed. I took a chance and submitted a help ticket only to receive a very short answer of "No". I would think that this would be something they could at least consider. Unfortunate.
It is wonderful not having to worry about our required postings.
I still cannot use the calendar--not authorized.
We are basically very happy with the app. Wish it had some kind of reporting capabilities and we are always getting an error message saying "there is an error in retrieving your employee's data. Please try again." I asked if it was going to get fixed but did not get a reply. Since the app still works we have not followed up on the error.
Exceptional, it's just what my business needs
The overall interface is pretty and easy to use. However, that means NOTHING if using the product causes a terrible experience. A majority of the headache lies with the Employee Records section. It takes absolutely forever just to get into it and have all employees load. It can take up half my day if I need to make a handful of changes. In addition to extremely poor and inexcusable load times, the site logs me out while trying to save changes. I believe this has to do with how long it takes to load anything. Saving changes takes just as long, and if it takes too long, it won't save the changes and I will need to log back in. I had submitted a ticket about these issues sometime last year, but support was absolutely no help and barely ever responded. If it wasn't for the nice looking interface, this would be a 1 star review.
We purchased the HR Application module. It has worked great for us. Very thorough, how quick someone completes it tells us of the level of interest and often contains more info. than a resume does. Quick and easy to use.
