Brian Coles was great as per usual. Always updating me where required (changing rates) and chasing through where I wasn’t providing the info. He is always very happy to help and provide different scenarios as I request.

We’ve been so lucky to have Trevor and HQ to guide us through three mortgages over the past few years. He’s incredibly helpful and explains all the options with a genuine desire to see you get the best product. All charges are paid by the bank, so having the broker there to take away the hassle is a no-brainier.
