Tasked with finding a single homeowner at 65+ a remortgage James managed to do what seemed the impossible. His friendly straightforward approach relieved a great deal of anxiety. Julian Ward was brilliant. Held our hand all the way through the process. We switched from our old mortgage which was out of its term to a flexible mortgage interim whilst waiting for a new build to be finished. Julian did his upmost to be on the ball and advise of negatives and positives. The thing with buying selling and mortgage rates is there is no crystal ball but Julian worked through the processes like he had one.
