My experience with HQM&F was a very positive one, regarding the preparations, processing and application to "Port" our current mortage to a new build property. The application needed to be done manually and included lots of details. Our IFA was called Phil. He was really knowledgeable and hugely effective in getting the application sorted. 5 Stars richly deserved and I highly recommend HQM&F !!!
