We have used James as our mortgage broker for several years now and every time , we are really pleased with the outcome . James takes into account our personal situation and always gets the best deal for us at the time . Nothing is too much trouble and he's always at the end of the phone should we have any questions. We are currently in the process of moving house and James has made the process so much easier to navigate. 5 stars couldn't recommend more!
Firstly this is the first time I have brought a property, to be honest I didn’t know where to start and I cannot thank Dan enough for all his support, every time I was feeling anxious or had an enquiry I would send him a message or email and he would respond straight away he put my mind at ease I just made the process so smooth I can’t believe it’s real! We have used James Smith at HQMF for a number of mortgages - moves and remortgages - over the last 7 years. He started off local to us, but even now that we have moved to South Devon, we still wouldn't use anyone else. He has made every process smooth, easy and quick and we really value the help he has given us so far. He's always quickly available for zoom meetings and responds quickly to queries. Cannot fault!
