To be honest, they made a mistake or two with my order and I was pretty annoyed. However, I have to point out that when they realised and the customer service team woke up, they did a good job in making up for it. Pity they didn't realise quicker but they got there in the end.

Great product offering but let down by supply/distribution network. Ordered 15th August. Fair enough website showed expected despatch date 5th September however it is now 27th September and still no despatch date. Email from customer service on 5th Sept with some excuse for delay. 12th Sept further delay (no details of delay just 'supplier'). Emails refer to 'recent order' which is laughable almost a month later. Last expected delivery was end of this week yet it is as yet to be confirmed. No update since 12th Sept. I don't believe they have access to the stock they purport sell and have unfairly taken money over 6 weeks in advance of supplying any goods, including significant shipping charges. Have now received a reply to my chaser email and am expecting delivery within the next week, however I did not expect such a delay so my overall feedback is the same. On a plus note though customer service (Lisa) is very friendly and professional in communications. Unfortunately due to the long delay with little explanation I cannot recommend and will unlikely use again.

The range and quality of products at Housology is excellent unfortuately, in my experience, the logistics and 3rd party, delivery has been terrible. Houseology would be my website of choice if they could get this sorted out but until then I have buying elsewhere when possible

Fast delivery, responsive and helpful customer service. One of the products was heavily flawed product was replaced without issue or expense. It would definitely be a 5 star review, but the replacement item, though not nearly as bad, wasn't quite flawless either. I didn't get back in touch to try to get another replacement as it was in a sale and decided it was good enough, though I assume it should still have been a first and was a bit dissapointed they hadn't made sure the replacement was 100%

Occasionally, I have had delayed items but overall the customer service from the trade department has been great and they always respond quickly.

I have dealt with houseology in the past and had excellent service, this time the courier let them down, houseology customer services were very efficient in dealing with the matter, their attitude was that we ended up with our products in top condition, which we did, I will certainly use them again. I take the view that anyone can have problems, it's how you deal with them that matters.!! Stirling ward

Towards end of warranty period our product developed a fault but Houseology customer services dealt with the issue efficiently and kept us well informed on progress.

Houseology have a really nice site with so much choice when looking for contemporary, designed furniture and accessories. I did have a few problems with my second delivery with the courier who Houseology were using, but as promised they listened to me and have sinced changed couriers who have been excellent. Houseology team have been great and I will continue happily shopping with them. Sue Murphy

Appalling company. Don't be fooled by great products at great prices, I would have rather paid more and got the product elsewhere. Continuous excuses about why my delivery was late / never arrived, various promises about it being delivered but after 5 weeks still no product. I assume they never had it in stock and was trying to source it via their suppliers (why sell something you don't have in stock). Eventually got fed up waiting and requested a refund, which apparently needs 10 working days to be process - 2 weeks to give back the money that took 2 seconds to take! When questioned why it takes so long to give back the money, it was suggested it needs to be processed manually and checked before being sent so there are no errors. Its no wonder they can't deliver the goods if it takes 2 weeks for someone to check 3 numbers before clicking send! Still no refund after 10 days so have had to open dispute via paypal to try to get money back. shocking experience.

Brilliant products, high quality! Unfortunately I received two broken china items in my order but Lisa in Customer Services arranged replacements very quickly. I was very impressed with both my goods and the service!

Houseology has a great range of products at competitive prices but their logistics for both getting the products from suppliers and distributing them is poor, in my experience and needs to be reviewed. For a luxury homeware store I'd expect both to be a lot quicker and slicker.
