The products are poorly made and we have found that our thermostatic shower and bath mixer to be faulty and we are caught between House of Enki and our plumber, ultimately we will have to have the shower and taps removed and replaced with better quality fittings. House of Enki will only offer replacement parts and they also don't have PDF's of their installation instructions so if you do have a problem the new plumber has to fix blindly rather than having a manufacturer manual. Poor products, poor service and terrible customer care - don't believe a word of the 10 year warranty nonsense- you won't see you money or new products!

My taps arrived quicker than the expected delivery time and I'm on the other side of the world. So far product seems well made and of a high quality. I haven't installed them yet so can't comment on how well they work. Only issue I had was no instructions were included but an email sent off got them emailed back to me literally straight away.

I can't fault the response of your helpdesk. Once they'd established that there was a fault with our item (a shower-mix attachment for the bath), they arranged for a new one to be sent very quickly. My only issue is why the lever switch on the shower attachment should have broken clean away from its base within just a few months of occasional use.

House of ENKI keep asking me to review my experience with them so here goes... This was one of my worse internet experiences ever. Ebay seller ID: tap_store_and_more I can't say how good their valves are as I never received what I ordered but I can say how bad my experience with this company was. Day 1 - I ordered and paid for a pair of valves. Day 5 - I received two valves neither of which were the ones that I ordered and both of which were hot valves (as they are quarter turn they are not interchangeable). This was reported to the seller and as I (wrongly) assumed that they had sent an equivalent valve rather than the ones that I ordered arrangements were made to return one hot valve and a cold replacement valve to be sent to me. Day 7 - The replacement was received, when the package was opened the first thing that was obvious was that it was a completely different type of valve to either the ones that I had ordered or the ones that they had previously sent, the second obvious thing was that it had deep 'spanner' gouges and was clearly a second hand valve, the third thing was that it was obviously faulty as the ceramic cartridge would neither turn fully on nor fully off. I immediately sent rather irately worded email to the seller and I received a generic 'return them if you're not happy' email, no apology, no explanation, no anything apart from a line that said 'the returned items must be in new and unused condition', well that's rather rich from a company that sent me second hand junk. Day 12 (the next day that I could get to a post office) - both valves were returned. Day 14 - I (unexpectedly) received a refund but no apology. I have now bought the correct valves from a different Ebay seller who sent the correct ones straight away which were subsequently fitted with no issues.

Pessimo Lavello da cucina, l'ho dovuto comprare due volte perchè la prima non mi sono state mandate le pilette e mi è stato risposto che non esistono pezzi di ricambio così ne ho uno inutilizzato in cantina. Inoltre, è difficile da pulire poichè l'acciaio resta sempre macchiato. Ho fatto un pessimo acquisto, il venditore non mi ha aiutata in alcun modo ed il tutto mi è costato un occhio della testa.

Complete failure to understand basic legal consumer rights law when dealing with faulty products. Rude and aggressive customer service. Will never buy from this company again!

I have bought from here before and would buy again from House of Enki. The shower set was exactly what I wanted is of reasonable quality at a good price. Previous reviews had warned the link flexible hose was a bit short and I also had to buy a slightly longer one elsewhere.

I brought a kitchen mixer tap from Amazon supplied by Enki on January 2017 and at first I was very pleased it looked good. 3 Months later the cold water lever came off in my hand it just snapped. I did not use any excessive force at all as these taps are really easy to turn on and off. I messaged Enki via Amazon and said that I expected the tap to last longer than 3 months and I would like a full refund because I believed this was down to what looked like an inferior alloy used for the screw that held the lever handle to the lever barrel. They refused me the refund but said they would supply me with a new lever instead. I gave them the benefit of doubt and took the replacement lever on the 24th of April 2017. On the 7th of June the same thing happened again the lever came off in my hand and again I can 100% say no excessive force was applied. I then messaged Enki once again via Amazon and demanded a full refund. They still refused to refund me instead they want to send me another lever which I do not want. My only option now is to seek legal advice and write this negative review you are reading.
