The shower I purchased (nearly £300) failed within 12 months of installation. They recognise the fault and say there is a consumable part that fails and so it is my fault. I am sorry I don't expect a shower to fail so quickly and it makes me think there is a a quality issue (look at the other reviews). I am no opening a dispute through amazon as this is not how you treat customers. Be warned they won't engage with you. UPDATE FOLLOWING THE REPLY be warned not only do they sell shoddy product this firms lies. The shower broke after 12 months from installation. This shower was installed in December 2019 not 2018. Feel free to spend £300 on a shower that you have to repair after 12 months. They have washed their hands of an expensive product. Anyone reading this review is warned. You can see their response below they admit there is a fault with their product and it will break....... How anyone can trust this company I don't know

Bought a beautiful Victorian brass tap which I was looking for for ages at a very affordable price. Fast delivery.
The product is excellent or it would have been if it had fitted. When advertised the diagram with measurements show the size of the sink but when it arrives the template is larger and in my case it would not then fit. House of Enki's fault I believe but it cost me insurance and postage costs to return them.
The ordering process was very easy. Order arrived on time. Customer Service very polite and had a quick response. Received replacement part promptly without any fuss.
We purchased two basin taps and had problems with the tap tails leaking from the rear of the tail nuts. We sent 6 videos of our installation process from removing the old taps and tails to installing the new taps. House of ENKI refunded the cost of replacement tails along with a link to purchase the new ones. I think it would be very difficult for the average person to spend the time to prove design faults by videoing the installation but this seems to becoming the norm with many companies. I will say that we have purchased taps from them before and have had no issues and have been pleased with both the service and quality of the taps. Despite this problem we would still recommend them.

I had a few issues with a tap we bought - the colour was not consistent, and an enamel detail was faulty. House of Enki responded very promptly and addressed the issue in detail that I had raised. My feeling was they are efficient and want to properly resolve problems. I'm not 100 percent happy with the product I bought, it's a bronze coloured tap - but their customer service is top notch. I could have returned the item, but I've chosen not to, that up to me. I'd choose to use them again based on good customer service
