“Looks amazing but quality really poor Bought a traditional antique brass thermostatic shower that only runs red hot !! and a Traditional Exposed Bath Retainer Waste & Ball Chain Plug With Overflow that completely rusted away after 31 months flooding my house.... Just been told its only got a 12 months guarantee when a good quality brass waist should last for decades
They sent me 3/4 inch female to 1 inch male shower connector. Not as I ordered 1/2" female to 3/4" male. I did email them twice and got no respose back. I had to Google them to find a phone number to call them. That was a waste of time. I first selected support and got an pre-recorded message telling me to email them and that the email would be answered within 24 hours. Well I knew that to be rubbish. So I called again and selected sales. It rang out and then I got a pre-recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number and that they would call me back - they never did. So I now own a piece of chrome junk that is of no use to me and which cost me over £10. Thank God I never ordered an £8,000 bathroom suite from them, which we were thinking of doing - we were saved by the bell on that one. Very poor service - couldn't have been worse. So I was pleased to receive an email from them asking for a review. Now that I wrote that I decidef to copy it to TrustPilot to warn other potential customers.
Were very helpful in getting the correct part this time . Much better than my last contact with them .
What a joy to deal with, from the communication after purchasing to dealing with my refund, as the items I bought in november 2024 were unsuitable for what I needed, they were professional throughout, didn't try to dissuade me from returning the item, didn't try to reduce the refund by adding a bogus handling charge, truly a joy, I don't understand why their pilot rating isn't higher, thank you.

Appalling quality goods, with terrible customer service to back it up! We kitted out a lot of our bathroom with this company, and wish we hadn't. The list of complaints is long, but within months of installation "the rain shower head" was roughly 50% blocked up, so there was no pressure for the rest of the water. I complained to the company, asking for advice or a replacement - they gave neither and effectively said the problem is the water! We live in London, so that will affect a lot of people! Then the temperature tap on the shower broke off. Again they deny any culpability.
We were delighted with our purchases of Enki Downton English Gold bath shower mixer taps and basin mixer taps - both with white ceramic handles. Unfortunately, the hot water flow through the shower head was very poor which I established was due to our hot water tank being gravity fed. I contacted House of Enki Support Team by email for advice and assistance and the support service was superb and nothing was too much trouble. With their help, the hot water flow through the shower head was improved by provision of a replacement large bore 11mm shower hose, instead of the small bore 8mm shower hose that was originally supplied with the bath shower mixer taps. Thank you so much to your wonderful Support Team for great advice and excellent customer service. We would definitely buy ENKI again.
I ordered a shower head and rail through B and Q. It arrived very fast and on first glance the product looked great. When it came to fitting the rail it was missing a part. I contacted B and Q who told me I would have to contact the seller directly. I have emailed them twice and still heard noting back. They also don't have a contact number for you to call on their website. It is such a shame that we have had this experience and are still without our part!
Customer service had a quick and helpful response to my query and provided a solution straight-away.
Do not buy!!! Buttons are not waterproof Wate of money!!! Buttons are not waterproof!!! After refurbish my bathroom now i have to spend another 3000 pounds just because those buttons are not waterproof...
I ordered quite a lot from this company and it's not cheap to do so and the quality is not even that good. My fitter ended up pushing me back by over a month so I had all the items but hadn't unboxed them yet. Once unboxed I could see there was 2 dents in the shower hose and it was really ruining the premium vibe of the bathroom. I emailed them to explain and they just sent me the link to a new shower hose and told me to purchase it for £20. Out of principle I will not purchase this from them. It arrived faulty and damaged and fair enough I didn't read the small print to know id need to let them know that within a 30 day period, but I was buying multiple bathroom items and didn't think to open them before the fitters arrived one month later. I told them though as soon as I knew, and I sent them picture evidence and explained the situation. Clearly the item had arrived faulty. The shower hose is on their site for £20, meaning it likely cost them £10 (if that) so for the sake of just £10 they would prefer to lose a good customer AND receive all the multiple bad reviews I will now be giving them. It makes absolutely no business sense to me!
Bought a tap 2 years ago from this horrible company. It has already stopped working and they are the most unhelpful and uncaring people i have ever dealt with. 3 messages all copy & paste BS!!! Nothing helpful and didn’t once clarify my warranty!!! You cannot speak to these people by phone either btw. AVOID!!!!!
My experience is with a kitchen tap we bought from House of Enki. The tap being less than two years old has been problematic. My property is fitted with a water softener and therefore there is no impact to brassware due to the effects of hard water. Despite this, the plating on the tap started to discolour at just over a year old and recently both taps have started to drip. On inspecting the cartridges, there is clear wear on the brass cartridges resulting in the dripping. It is clear that this product is of really poor quality, and clearly made in China. This is evidenced by the fact that I have been provided with a drawing of the replacement cartridges and it contains Chinese script. Enki can supply replacement cartridges, however they are significantly more expensive than available from an independent spares supplier. Suffice to say that these issues manifested themselves after 12 months, so outside any warranty!!!! Not Cheap and poor quality, not a good combination!!!!
Shocking product quality and support. Similar to the below review. Flimsy build quality that broke almost immediately, zero help from customer service who had a "not our problem attitude". My wife is heavily pregnant and been unable to use the shower for 10 days now and there was zero efforts to be of any help. Low quality products and company.
Purchased a bath mixer tap from this company. On installation, our bathroom fitter (of 15 years’ experience) found that the hot side wouldn’t seal properly with the supplied rubber washers, and was leaking as a result. Swapping the washers over made no difference, so there was clearly a defect with the tap itself. Messaged House of Enki clearly explaining the issue in detail, with pics, and asking for a replacement tap to be sent. Firstly, they mailed rather patronising copied-and-pasted instructions about “how to check a seal”, which our fitter really didn’t need. Secondly they offered to send a replacement washer, even though I’d already explained swapping the washers made no difference, so a replacement wouldn’t help either. Thirdly, they offered to refund the cost of the tap if I sent it back to them. Great. This lengthy and tedious issue caused me a load of hassle, frustration, and extra labour costs from our fitter who had to source and later fit a much thicker washer in order to correct the manufacturing defect in the tap. House of Enki clearly weren’t bothered about any of it, and offered only the minimum level of ‘help’ that was actually no help at all. I will not be buying from them again.
We trusted Enki with a double basin gun metal kitchen sink, and a black pull out, swivel tap They were installed in July. initially everything seemed, OK ,except the water flow through the tap was poor. We thoight it was the main pressure, so Severn Trent sent engineers to personally check pressure at the meter - over 2bar. our flow rate is 2.8litres per minute. It should be around 8-10 litres per minute. We have written to customer services about this since December, after getting even our plumber back to check things again ( he took time to come back) - They are mystified and say there is something wrong with the tap. Regarding the sink, we barely use it as we use a dishwasher 2 x a day for 95% of our washing up. The sink already has scratches, so I would not recommend buying the Enki gun metal sink - i have sent in photos, which they keep on asking for again, seemingly ignoring previous emails with the attached photos ( I know that the emails have been read as I have the read receipts) . Zero response from Enki on the sink matter at all. So not happy Their delivery was very speedy, so this part of the customer journey was fine ( but thats the easy part- getting somthing into the postal system)
Support team were very helpful and gave excellent instructions on how to try and fix a problem and listing and supplying any spare parts that were needed. Can’t ask for much more than that.
not very impressed, I ordered from this seller on amazon. a mixer shower that says it was delivered to my neighbors on the 31.10.23. i do believ the delivery driver took it as one i do not have a neigbour name smith and two they sent me a picture of the door but no package and then when i started investigating they removed it but i already screen shot the picture. i have contacted amazon who told me to report it to the police and get a police report, i did and now they refusing to help, I reported it to the seller who is playing games with me and lying. and i have contacted DPD who is telling me that house of ENKI needs to contact them for the outcome as it has been 7 working days but house of ENKI is telling me they are still waiting, at this point it is now 22.11.23 you need to give me back a refund this is ridiculous and starting to look like a scam which i will have to report it as.
