Finally got a refund for a tap that was delivered to the wrong address. It was my fault for not properly checking the postcode on the autofill they have on their address form, but they will not take phone calls, only operate via text message, and refused to help at all with retrieving the package from the random address their courier had delivered it to. I was told, via text message, the olnly thing I could do was to drive to the address myself and ask for the tap. Luckily the person who took delivery was honest and contacted Enki to organise to return it to them. Only then did Enki offer me a refund. So from a customer service point of view, terrible. Won't be using them again.

Purchased a black monobloc kitchen tap. Communication, price and product quality was excellent. One small point- as this was a DIY project it would we useful to offer an alternative size of tap ‘tails’ as this caused an interruption to installation while longer ones were sourced.
