Great service

Everything from start to finish was professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company - price was also very competitive. The only negative was that when I was given a price In the shop it ended up being different to the actual price. This was because we were not told that it would cost extra to have holes drilled into bathroom tiles. I pointed this out and perhaps this has now been resolved.

We've had a few sets of blinds fitted now, was always kept up to date with arrival times & dates and the blinds are good quality.

I selected my blind for the bedroom. Homeflair representative came to measure the window. The fitter arrived promptly and I am very pleased with the blind. Had blinds from them previously so I know I will get good reliable service.

Fast, friendly and reliable service from estimate to finish. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend.

The man what came to our house was fantastic the ladies on the phone were bringing and the man what fit the blinds 💯 well worth every penny spent would recommend to everyone

Bought 3 sets of blinds which were fitted in March 22. 2 sets of vertical blinds - fitted no problem. One set of roman blinds - as at December 22, 9mths later, the issues with these have still not been rectified and I was told a couple of weeks ago that I'll have to wait until new year because they are busy with new orders.

We have bought a number of blinds from Homefair over the past 5 years which we have been very pleased with. The choice is amazing and the visits to measure and fit the blinds have always gone very smoothly.

Homefair were massively let down by sales advisor in store who didn’t acknowledge us when we entered, didn’t offer any greeting, didn’t offer any assistance even when we looked at remote for blinds, an ideal opportunity to show its features and benefits. Instead chose to tut at me not once, but twice whilst we looked at blinds! Then before we’d stepped out of store, had rushed to put right the display we’d been looking at, leaving us feeling both uncomfortable and unwelcome for no reason at all. When challenged about her rude behaviour, she continued to ignore us and didn’t bother to deny tutting at me. Can honestly say in my 53 years I’ve never experienced anything like it! We’d had the chap to measure up the day before, and had been given quote, which we were going to accept once I’d looked at blinds in the ‘flesh’ however, the attitude of the sales advisor was such that, we weren’t willing to and we opted to purchase elsewhere instead. I’ve given 2 stars because I couldn’t fault the lady who made measuring appointment and the chap who measured up, shame they were let down by a rude, ignorant advisor who clearly wasn’t cut out for a customer facing sales role!!!

From making the first phone call to enquire about the blinds till they were fitted was a very positive experience. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone. The man who measured up was very pleasent and helpfull. The fitter did a brilliant job. I was more than pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company, and I would definitely do business with them again.

My appointment to measure up for new blinds arrived on time, he was polite and friendly, and my blinds were good quality and reasonably priced.
