Sales man came out measured up gave us a great price and was a really nice guy, blinds came and are perfect, fitted well but the only thing that stops me from giving 5* is the fitter never cleaned up afterwards and also left muddy foot prints on the floor, luckily we have hard floors and easy to clean if it was carpet it would have been a nightmare

We have a holiday home near Leyburn. We sent an email to Homefair to see if they did work in the area. The lady I spoke to said she would contact head office to see if they could. We have Homefair blinds throughout our home on Teesside so we were very pleased that they were prepared to come. An appointment was made and Rob the salesman arrived as arranged. We originally wanted blinds at three windows but when Rob gave us the price we asked if he could measure the other windows at our home.We then decided to have blinds fitted throughout. We have been pleased with Homefair blinds for many years now and we are very pleased with our order. We have been given a fitting date and are looking forward to them being fitted. Rob the salesman was very knowledgeable, pleasant and a very good help to us deciding exactly what we wanted.

Called in to our local Homefair at Seaham to order new slats to replace our existing ones. Angela was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and gave great advice on the best material to use as our existing blinds were gathering mould from condensation off the windows. To say we're pleased is an understatement. The new blinds look beautiful up and block out the light which helps my husband being a nightshift worker. Thank you again Angela for all your help, we will definitely be recommending your services in future Many thanks Mrs Harrison

What happened!!! Last time I got blinds here they were fine. This time they came damaged and the wrong size. REFUSED REFUND. I should have check them out on here first, 10 very upset customers in last year who advise others to go elsewhere all given this company a 1 - star rating. I would not recommend this Company, there standards have dropped in recent years. AVOID

From Dave coming out to measure and quote to the actual fitting, a very professional and overall excellent experience. The shutters look amazing and I will be getting more throughout the house.

There was a problem with my blinds but was sorted out by a lovely lady called Vicky quickly and professionally in the Seaham branch

An appointment was made a few weeks ago for the 29/11/2023 waited all day the technician guy messaged to say he would be here in the afternoon but never turned up Rang the office again today after ringing twice yesterday the lady was confused and rude she was talking about something completely irrelevant to my query about someone coming to measure my window then put the phone down I think very unprofessional then you have the staff ringing me back shouting and hanging up the phone very poor business.what happened to the customer being right all you get is verbal abuse being shouted at although good blinds they are not the only blinds company they probably got friends and family to write good reviews because my experience with them was definitely not good.I will take my business elsewhere

Never again don't use don't come when they say once had deposit they make you wait I think they want you to cancel so you loos deposit no more

This is a review for home fair blinds Couldn’t fault this company at all excellent service,from ,,ordering to fitting the blinds Was second to none. So pleased with the service I received .. Unfortunately one the cords had broken We phoned up the company and they said to bring it back to their workshop in Seaham,which we did ,we were met with lovely reception staff who were polite,friendly and very helpful.we left the blinds with them to be re threaded. And wow got a phone call 1 day later to call up and collect them ,I wasn’t expecting that ,thought at least it would be a few weeks ,and yet again the staff were very polite and accommodating , Thank you again to the team of home fair blinds .Any one that are thinking of getting blinds that’s the place to go Mrs Carol Owen

Think, before using this company. I have a bow window containing 4 windows. Only 3 have blinds on at moment. They have only been up over a month. 3 wands one length, the 4th a different length. I should have known, after being given a price then looking and VAT being added on to paperwork. Being left with 3 blinds, screams how professional this company is!!! After paying so much. In January I need a blind but it so won’t be from this company. I have the same type of blinds in back of my home from a different company, which are by far superior to these which homefair installed. Bitz, to tuck under with homefair!!!!!Rubbish I had to cover my empty window with something therefore sign telling neighbours how rubbish this firm is

Just had perfect fit shutters fitted by Homefair Blinds. From booking to fitting the customer service was outstanding. Special thanks to Joanne who responded to my queries extremely promptly and efficiently. The only small criticism if I had one would be for the fitting time slot to be communicated first thing on the morning or even the day before if possible so you can plan for the day. Apart from that, everything was great!

Just had new blinds fitted,another excellent job i have used them on three diferent houses over the years,good prices, on time,well mannered would recomend and use them again,special thanks to kris for a first class job

My perfect fit blind string snapped after having it for 3 years, following using homefair for all my blinds as I bought a new home. They were amazing back then, when I contacted homefair to say my blind string has snapped the team at Homefair were amazing, Trudy specifically was so warm and friendly, told me to bring it in and they would repair if for me. I took the blind in and she contacted me several times to advise the blind was ready and to come anytime to collect it... The customer service I received from Trudy was truly outstanding, as a customer I felt very cared for, supported and since I have recommended Homefair to others based on the customer service I received from Trudy. she is an asset to your business. Thank you for helping me fix my blind!

What a fantastic service we received today can't thank this company enough for going above and beyond to ensure we were not let down after a unexpected issue that was totally not anyone's fault can't thank Angela who went out of her way to ensure our blinds were fitted even rang me to make sure everything was ok after they were fitted. They man who fitted the blinds done a brilliant job so professional and extremely well mannered. The other gentleman whom I believe was the boss, couldn't have been more helpful too. Definitely recommend using these guys absolutely 💯 value from money and definitely best customer service all round.
