Blinds don’t close properly. First fitter came back told me they were fine made a phone call then agreed with me. Second set of blinds were ordered fitted and were even worse then I was told I was closing them incorrectly!? And there was no problem. So don’t complain if you have a problem you’ll get a replacement that’s even worse. Second complaint I was told someone would get in contact, still waiting.
Would recommend. I was amazed at the price. It was way under my budget and they fitting didn’t take long at all. I am very very happy with everything
First time using homefair nice staff in store and who done the measurements also the work man who installed the blinds all in all excellent service.
Nothing was too much trouble even when I had a change of mind about one of the blinds I was going to order, they came back for a re-measure if that window and the fitter was excellent too made sure everything was left clean & tidy.
We have used Homefair for years. Even during the pandemic. No issues. We ordered our blinds to be fitted at the beginning of January, and the company had trouble with customs. They kept us up to date, and our fitting was rescheduled twice. We had our blinds fitted on the 7th of February. I am very happy with our blinds and the fitting. If I had been a new customer, I'm not sure if I'd have been so patient.

The lady in the store was friendly & helpful. The man who came to measure and give a quote was friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. The blind fitter was efficient and fitted the blinds perfectly. Overall a good service.
The sales person at the stand in the Rochdale Exchange was very helpful, showing me samples and arranging a visit to my house. The fitter came to measure up and returned a short time later with the blinds I’d ordered. He quickly fitted them and they are exactly right.

I have had problems with my blinds since they were fitted in December 2024, I have had all the excuses as to why they are short, and don't fit properly, don't even close in the middle. I am so disgusted with the cheap quality of your products that Homefair now pass off in line with company standared, therefore you must have changed manufacturers as I have never had such rubbish in all the years that I have had Homefair blinds. If I could give a none star rating I would.
Very good to do business with, the gentleman who came out to measure and the gentleman who came to fit them were equally professional and do a very good job.

A brilliant company to deal with. The Sales person in the shop was so friendly, efficient and kind, making our needs very easy to fulfil. An excellent range of blinds available and at a very competitive cost. The person who visited us to measure up, arrived at the time specified, and was also very friendly, efficient and professional and the job was done speedily. The fitter arrived on time, on the day specified by the company and there had been excellent text communications prior to the visit to confirm details. He too was very friendly, professional and efficient. He took great care and fitted the blind very speedily. Many thanks to all concerned. We have no doubt we will be ordering more blinds from this company in the future.

Arrived smart polite cheerful. Very helpful on advice and instructions on using my new blinds once fitted. Cleared up everything after installed and removed to his van on leaving.
