I am really pleased with my blind. My only criticism would be my installation slot was 12 noon to 3pm and this passed without an update and the installer arrived at 3:30pm.

Really professional surveyor, very friendly and gave the best advice. Fitted well, small mark on one roller pelmet which I doubt I would have noticed but they replaced it for us. All in all a great service.

Really happy with my blinds but was unhappy with service my blinds didn't have recess not our fault couldn't open blinds scratched frame was told to use tippex on my brand new frame .This has made me think twice about buying more from them for the rest of my home .This should have been picked up in ordering that recess wasn't on frame
