Wasn’t sure what I wanted for 5 section bay window Simon came out for free measuring & quote, no pressure to order immediately. Few days later decided on pvc perfect fit shutters put order in & was given fitting date within couple weeks. Fitting was very quick & easy within time allotted time slot ONLY criticism is apart from date I had no idea what time they were going to be fitted until after 8am on the same morning then was given slot of between 10-1 pm Both guys very friendly, helpful & efficient
I've used Homefair blinds for three rooms over the years. I was contacted promptly about my latest enquiry regarding roller blind. Appointment soon followed for measuring window. Phil arrived at time arranged, very business like, polite man, measured window, showed sample book, quote accepted, deposit paid, informed of approximate fitting date. I received text when blind was ready for fitting. Another visit from Phil. Excellent customer service all round. Trustworthy company.
Bad quality blind , I understand it was the suppliers fault having had 3 other blinds fitted by Homefair I was happy with, I looked at other options with them but they insisted I pay an additional amount for a different blind I had not picked , £170 was enough for a roller blind, had to call and email numerous times to get a response.
From ordering, and getting blinds fitted, excellent service, George talked me through best options for my windows, true to his word, were fitted when he said they would be.
Good showroom experience, decent product, very friendly and efficient installers, only downside for me was that on both occasions that we were having blinds installed their dates that they gave us were then cancelled and had to be rearranged at their convenience.

Fairly quick appointment date given, unobtrusive and quick to take measurements. Unfortunately after waiting in for them to be fitted a few weeks later 2 of the 6 blinds were incorrect, meaning another day taken off work to have them fitted. Quickly remedied in the same week, but no real consideration for the inconvenience.
Speedy service from start to finish! Mian came out to measure and was very helpful. He then came back to do the fitting once they were ready - again very speedy but thorough service. Will definitely use homefair again in the future. Thankyou!

I had a couple of roller blinds fitted by Homefair 2 years ago and thought the service was great, love the blinds so when I wanted Venetians I went back. Mian came to measure, he kept me informed of the time he would arrive, and he did arrive at that time. Mian was very thorough, polite and professional. Today I had two sets of Venetian blinds fitted by Imran, he was also polite, very professional and thorough. He took no time at all to fit them and took all rubbish away. I am extremely pleased with the blinds and Imran was a lovely friendly guy
I highly recommend Homefair Blinds. Imran was my main contact who initially came to measure up and show me the different blind options for my front living room. Fitting date was confirmed and true to his word Imran returned about 4 weeks later and fitted a beautiful set of blinds today. Will definitely be using Homefair Blinds for my next order.
I'm really pleased with the service from Homefair. I was notified at each stage and the lad who fitted them was polite and helpful. He tidied up before he left and the blinds look fantastic.
There was an issue the 1st time the fitter arrived to install the rail, as the rail was damaged, had a phone call the following Monday, advising that it would be fitted the following Friday, fitter arrived early on the day, and was fitted within half an hour, very helpful fitter and the outlet we ordered it from
My blinds are fantastic David was very helpful and cleaned up after himself aswell so this is why I give 5 star rating because he was brilliant from start to finish a job well done Sheil Bradshaw
