Colin who came to measure up was brilliant. Explained everything and was such a lovely friendly man. The fitter turned up bang on time was in and out and left no mess. Very easy experience and excellent service from start to finish.
I'm only giving 3 stars as I have had to wait in 5 times for fitters, 3 blinds were fitted & one had dirty marks, I phoned to report this & who I spoke to was very curt said they would take the blind away have a look & decide whose fault it was. They arranged another date to come & collect. Then after another wait they came back with the original dirty blind. The fitter noticed straight away & said I could keep this blind until a replacement was made. Another 4 weeks later I chased where the blind was & eventually got another fitting date. Thankfully this blind was fine. Another thing I don't agree with is they leave all the cardboard boxes like someone else has mentioned. I've used Homefair a lot over the years but I was annoyed when the dirty blind came back.
Excellent job done by Imran who fitted 8 blinds (of different sizes) in our house. Very professional, cleaned up any mess and each blind has been fitted perfectly, excellent service.

From start(the shop), measurement gentleman, to blind installation technician (he could see) every thing went excellently. Highly recommend as price was great and quality excellent. Thank you to them all.

The guy who came to fit my blinds was very good, they were fitted much quicker than I expected, he made sure all the rubbish was all put in the box he brought so no mess for me to clear away. An excellent service and I love my blinds
Excellent fitter arrived at time stated fitted 3 blinds three of which were on a cathedral roof in our kitchen first class job.
Excellent service in the shop, I’ve used Homeflair for all my blinds. Also Carl who came out to measure was very friendly and helpful. The man who came out to fit was very pleasant and had the new blind fitted perfectly, including drilling through the tiles with no mess. The only reason I didnt give 5 was I thought the box and rubbish would be take away. Definitely recommend Homeflair

Fantastic blinds! Carl who came to measure up offered great advice and was so polite & friendly. The gentleman who came to install was also very polite & it took him no time at all! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that on the day of our initial installation date, I called Homefair to ask for a guide time that they would be here. I was told there had been a delay with my blind and that it was no longer being fitted at all. I had not received any messages / emails although I did have a missed call from an 0191 number 3 days earlier. I would have expected either a voicemail left or further attempts to contact me again via phone or by alternative means! I had had to arrange time off work on the day & we had also removed our old blind ready for the new one arriving.
Homefair blinds fitted our vertical/roller and wooden blinds for our new home. Very good service and good value for money. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Homefair blinds to my family and friends.

Imran came to install a pet screen on my patio doors. He was great! There was an issue with the initial installation which he fixed and sorted out straight away. Great service!
