When I first started using this I felt there were more course options. I have used this a couple of years now and I fell the topics are the same. It is a very reasonably priced and easy way to get your continuing ed.

There are many different topics and formats available to meet your educational/professional requirements.
Some of the classes are fabulous, like the Parkinsons' class I just took. I almost felt like I was there watching the patients and treatment techniques. Other presenters are so stilted on camera that it takes an effort to keep your attention span. I can't fault the presenters since I don't have acting skills myself, but that knowledge is harder won. Other classes seem to push a product, which is OK except it would be great to suggest alternatives so that those of us who won't be purchasing the products haven't wasted our time and money on the course. Generally, this was the perfect way to get my CEUs while isolating at home, and is fiscally practical too.
As long as the price of courses remain affordable I will continue to use this company. The courses offered fit my needs and I love the webinars. The website is easy to navigate, you can take the test as many times as needed to pass and they report to CE Broker. I am licensed in two states and these courses applied to both. Win for me!
Customer service was *great*, the courses were informational, things went very smoothly I had one small problem getting my test to submit, and customer service was extremely helpful in helping me solve the issue. Would absolutely recommend.
Ethics is never a fun subject for me, but this was a good one. This brought in a different perspective for me - more nurture myself to help establish boundaries feeling. I definitely got a lightbulb moment in this class (nice after 20 years).
