I have a year's access to courses paid for. I have not gotten recent e-mails about courses and did not find any about lower extremity edema or lymph edema mobilization. I would like you to return to more e-mail communication and a current list of available courses.
I contacted you several times about the sending me my test results. First, you misplaced them. Then, after I gave them to you over the phone, you said, "everything is great, I will email you them right now." When I looked on my computer, it was not there. It took another phone call for me to finally receive my tests results. When I finally did receive the test results, one had the wrong amount of hours. You gave me four hours for a 12 hour course. Again, another phone call. It would have been no problem if it was corrected when your representative said it would be. But, each time he said he was going to email it "right now" my wife would check and it would not be there. In addition, after I received my first certificate with my last name in lower case letters, I asked for it to be corrected; which it was not. Now, I am waiting after three phone calls for you to correct your mistake so I can mail my license to the state. Even after I told you I needed to get it up there quickly, you didn't make the corrections or send the corrected certificate with the corrected hours. Worse yet, I have been waiting 2 days to hear back from someone from your company. This is very unprofessional.
I find they have a wide variety of topics and their presenters are knowledgeable. I love that I can do my CEUs when I want. It’s easy to make sure ASHA receives my certificates of completion, then the info is put into my CEU registry account. It is so easy. I’ve been using HomeCEU for 2 years for all of my CEUs. To meet the required continuing education credits for my license HomeCEU is a great method to fulfill the requirement in the comforts of home. The video and audio is great and the material is well presented. However, hands on training is also needed but when training sessions are cancelled due to COVID-19 my CEU's are required and need to be completed.
