Courses were relevant to my practice and the video courses were very easy to navigate through. Great customer service.
A lot of the classes are really great. Teachers are energetic and knowledgeable and know how to present. Others not so much. Over time you get to know the better instructors and take their classes. (Just like college) The biggest problem I had was getting a response when I was having technical difficulties. Over all, I like the ease of being able to learn from home. I love the variety and number of classes offered.
Although it was difficult to get some personal assistance by phone initially, the class selection and content is better than the typical list found out there, especially for the price.

I would like to see more courses that are approved for PTs have physical therapists as presenters. Also, some material reported as intermediate level are pretty basic for PTs, i.e., the Kin-EZ-ology course.
