I let the time get away from me and it is time to renew my License! YIKES! Home CE came to the rescue with courses that I wanted and needed in one place and for a reasonable price. I'm done with time to spare

The course was all inclusive, and presented in an efficient way. Good experience

very poor support system the phone was on hold for more than half hour on saturday when i tried to call on friday the guy took my call continues to tell me he couldn't understand what i am asking eventhough I keep repeating several times before I hung up on him in frustration.

There was nothing wrong with the two courses I took. In fact, the Ethics one I chose to fulfill my Texas licensure requirement was very, very good. However, what disturbs me is the brochure I received offering unlimited CEUs for a year was priced at $137. When I tried to subscribe online it was $147, and when I called the gentleman kept saying that there was no discount that brought it to $137. I told him that I had the brochure in my hand. I finally received a discount - and two days later - I get the same brochure in the mail stating $137. I don't get it?????

I have used this for several years very pleased with the content and ease of getting my continuing education hours they do a great job!!

I tried this company for the first time yesterday & had several issues, the worst being that they stated the course was for 2 contact hours, but after purchasing, the material stated it was only worth 1 contact hour. There were countless grammatical errors and even incomplete sentences, which left me feeling the material was not credible. They also take a minimum of a week to report. Beyond that, there was no email correspondence which seemed odd. I figured they might send a proof of purchase email or a copy of my certificate... but nothing. This makes reimbursement from my employer a bit of a hassle. I had to take a picture of various windows and print them to hopefully have all the info needed to turn in. That was my first experience, but I called, and the representatives were helpful & friendly. So... I tried them again. Today I purchased another course, which once again... I found out after purchasing that it is TEXT only (did not say that before purchasing). I downloaded the "steps of completion" form & it stated that the 2nd step is to "view presentation". There is no presentation. I called again, and sure enough, it was another error on their part. I feel I gave more than a fair chance, but 2 days worth of strikes is enough. It seems to me they need a good "clean up crew" to fix all their issues before continuing to mislead their patrons. Please.

Had an issue with the system not giving me a confirmation page when I went to purchase the unlimited, so my debit card was charged twice for $247 leaving me with less than $20 for several days in my account. First customer service person didn’t catch the double charge, so I had to call back again to have this resolved. But I definitely love the convenience of doing these CEU’s from home and the ease of use.

Easy to order. I only wish there was a way to pick a 36 hour package.

Took the required human trafficking class for TX license. Excellent content, cost effective and overall very informative. I love the ease of homeceu!

The LE aquatic course I took through HomeCEU was extremely valuable. A pediatric therapist for most of my practicing years, my aquatic experience has been with babies and children with CP. This was a great course to help me as I teach an arthritis group and am rehabbing from a TKR! Very timely and enhanced everything I thought I knew plus learned a whole lot! Tools learned useful immediately!

I'm very pleased with my course. I initially had a little trouble registering for the course on the website, but when I called, the person who answered was extremely helpful. You also promptly forwarded my course completion to my state board.
