Very informative and detailed but extremely boring, especially to sit and watch someone reading a PowerPoint for 4 hours. She continuously said "umm" and had to repronounce her words as if it was never rehearsed. Hard to pay attention the whole time with no interaction to the audience. I thought this was a LIVE setting.
I found the courses to be presented well with informative material that I can begin to use immediately at a clinic.

I still have not received by courses by mail. I ordered on 8/12/21. After being contacted about leaving a 1 star review for the above statement, customer support contacted me explaining the situation. It was online text instead of mail text. I was given a discount and switched to mail text at no increased cost. Thanks for the help Don.

I initially had problems with using the code to allow for the advertised discount (was about $100 difference in price) but was eventually able to sign up for advertised amount. Other than that, easy for me, a non-tech savy person (haha), to navigate.
