It was easy to follow, computer friendly, educators were knowledgeable, very detailed information, would recommend to all that need to stock up on CEU. Test wasn’t to easy and not too hard, just right, certificate very nice

Good variety of courses and a convenient mechanism for getting CEUs affordably. However I occasionally get some poorly done courses with many nit-picky test questions that have nothing to do with learning concepts.

i ordered a course but wanted a hard copy but did not get hard copy. i have no way to print out the 200 page book. i also did not get any access to the quizzes or tests. How can i receive my CEU with no test and certificate.

Highly recommended both in service and the education. Convenient good instructors very good unit pricing and wide variety of. Course content. You must pay for course before you can examine the course bummer but the outline of brief description is not enough to determine wether it meets your needs or not. If it does then you choose another course that does. Staff for most part are excellent. I plan to use them again.

Paid for "unlimited" but never got a confirmation email to activate the subscription so I still cannot access my CEUs. Please issue refund or allow me access ASAP

I signed up a week ago and haven’t received any info on how to log in to begin takes coursework. I have not received a response to my written request online at the website for assistance with this.

If you like junk mail nearly every week, sometimes just one letter, sometimes half a dozen in one day, just to feel the pleasure of getting mail in case you don't typically receive much mail - in which case I hope it truly does get better for you, lacking human connection is a terrible thing and I hope someone loves you and send you messages, real messages, from time to time - then this is the education establishment for you. They will just jam letter, after letter, after letter, after letter into your mailbox, and sometimes your parents mailbox even though you haven't been there for over 2 decades. Even when you ask for them to stop, they still keep going! Persistence is key I suppose in the sales world, so good on them. Anyways, if this sounds like something you want, give them your contact information, you'll never be alone ever again!

SLP's BEWARE!!!!!!!! I would NOT recommend using this company for your required professional CEU's. I just took 20+ hours over the weekend of courses only to come and find out that most of the courses I took that are advertised as approved by ASHA are not. Even when you look up your state and it says SLP ASHA approved, put in your ASHA number on the courses, and see that they have advertised as ASHA approved on the coursework that you download. I just took a 6 hrs. Dysphagia and Dysarthria course and another 6 hr. Augmentative Communication course just to name a few that I took over the weekend. Only to come and find out that these courses have not been ASHA approved since at least 2021. These courses are still advertised as current on this HOME CEU website. Another SLP friend of mine has had same problem and when contacting the company they do not seem sympathetic and offered absolutely no solution. In fact they indicate that there is nothing we can do to get the credit. If a SLP uses this company they could find a lot of their hours not credited which can result in loss of ASHA accreditation for the SLP and inability to renew their state license. I recommend using another company and not wasting your time or money.

I had a very positive experience with hOME ceu despite my internet continuously dropping out. I was able to complete all required ethics, live web and on-line reqiuirements. Thank you for making it convenient, educational and worthwhile.

Really annoying. This is the 3rd time they did not report completion of courses to my association. The first 2 times I thought it was an error on my part. At the end of the exams, they ask to report your score - and I have been saying YES to those yet some of my courses are not reported. Customer service will only respond with, "we do not have to report this course to XX" WHY? Actually, why do you even have the OPTION to report it? YOU SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY REPORT IT CAUSE THAT'S THE PURPOSE OF ME TAKING THE CLASSES. Will not renew my subscription. Just a waste of my time trying to have them resolve the matter. How ridiculous!

So far did 3 video courses, 2 of which I could only get half of the course when video stopped working, so used the course materials to pass the test

I just bought two unlimited CEU courses and was happy until I was on the phone with Erica. She denied my phone call about 5 times disconnected multiple times with no call back and told me she has been on the phone for 5 minutes with me and had to go because she was busy. I had to use a different phone to even be able to get back ahold of them. Hope they can resolve this situation and customer service.

CEUs are inconsistently reported to ASHA. After two phone calls with customer service. They are still not reported to ASHA. I’m very dissatisfied with this subscription.

Spammers. I never signed up for to receive emails. It looks like they purchased my email because I did sign up to receive emails from a PT recruiting agency. Besides being spammers, the unsubscribe link in their emails does not work. It just takes you to the website with no way to unsubscribe.

Great variety of courses for a very good value. I wish the website were easier to use when you're not subscribed. You literally can't see anything (courses available, etc.) without paying. But, once in, everything is easier and works pretty well.

HomeCEU provides a great learning opportunity to acquire necessary CEU’s for my OTA License Renewal Requirements @ my convenience and in the comfort of my own environment. The unlimited package is a great value and the variety of courses offered are extensive. The Courses are very user friendly and easy to access. Thank you for providing this service.

Very informative and a nice variety of courses by very competent instructors! Helpful to have manual and exam questions prior to videos!

I've tried a number of sources for at-home massage CE, and HomeCEU is by far the best option I've found. The information in the course I took (Fascial Manipulation as a Pain Management Tool) was clearly pulled from current research, something that gave me confidence that what I was learning was worthwhile. Also, I felt prepared by the course to apply what I had learned in the treatment room. I will be taking many classes from HomeCEU.

I initially had difficulty figuring out the site but representatives called and offered assistance and were very kind and professional. Very good site and attentive mgmt.
