Good help when needed Variety of courses
I just started and will resume work after my vacation but all interactions have been excellent. I’ll have more to say when I start a serious effort sometime after 6/15!

The website is very hard to navigate at times. While the courses are wonderful and reasonably priced, even with the "unlimited" membership, sometimes the website doesn't load that I HAVE this membership. It's tedious and time-consuming.
Courses are reported after the 15th of the following month, but customers are not made aware of this upfront. 3 stars as courses are interesting
