It was my first time using them for continuing education classes. The customer service representative was friendly, helpful and informative. She signed me up for my membership over the phone and made sure I received the emails needed to create an account to access coursework before ending the conversation.

I really enjoy the courses, but am having trouble navigating in order to test. Some tests will not load even after unregistering and registering again. I also received a Georgia course in the mail at my Texas address. The information is great! But, it does not help me for Texas. There are just a few glitches this year. I had no trouble two years ago. Not sure what changed. Hope it gets fixed. Still love the price and all the great expertise though.

False advertising, the over send mail even when you request not to, not helpful to getting a refund, and not compassionate to what life has thrown at the people who did purchase. I will never use them again… but since I am stuck with the package that I purchase bc of their falsely advertised mail… here we go!

The courses that are available are good courses and the selection is good for what I want right now. The prices are reasonable. The courses are approved by the relevant state. The instructors that I had for the two courses were both good and did a good job.

The courses are interesting and the instructors are knowledgeable. I have enjoyed the courses.

About this company and its updates since two years ago: there is greater clarity and details with regard to the catalogue contents, the speed of grading return on the exit tests, and particularly with the presentations which include the verbal information (as usual), but greater inclusion of visuals which augment the retention and understanding of what is being presented and intended to become understood/useful/applicable/recalled accurately. What was especially smart to provide in terms of amplifying long term learning/retention is the addition of the subtitled exact words of the presenter. Then a much more significant and deeper lasting LEARNING is accomplished because this became a very smart multi-sensory input neurological event, minute by minute: verbal, visual, auditory and verbal-visualized. What a difference and sense of increased internalized understanding was the surprise. Thank you.
