My [many] CEU's were not being reported to either of my licensing boards over the course of months. I thought it was finally resolved (after a great deal of time spent on my part), only for someone (nice woman) to tell me two of the courses that I have the certificate of completion for remain "Under Review" before they will report the courses to CE Broker. Additionally, I was unaware my subscription ended yet continue to receive notifications that my Live Webinars are almost complete and I need to take the exam, forcing a frantic phone call wondering how I could have missed the deadline for taking course. There is no indication on the logged in website to know your subscription status, to renew a subscription, or successfully navigate; the website is so poorly constructed.

Your website is not particularly user friendly with course searching. Many providers have multiple credentials and your site requires searches under one credential.

The course information for both courses was fabulous! Details from experienced PTs that I have seen no where else were in these 2 courses that I found on the HomeCEU website. The connectivity with CE Broker via Colibri Healthcare had some issues. One was my fault as a first time user. The other was from Colibri. They sent me a certificate for a course I thought was a one hour CE course (it had many pages of reading which took me several hours) which I then attached to my entry not realizing they were going to send it to CE Broker. No problem except their documentation said it was a 4 hour CE course and there was no certificate attached. This is still unresolved but as they were extra hours it will not affect my licensing.
