Ease of use is great but the customer service is not quick. I had to contact the company several times when I had some issues with obtaining my certificates to download and print. They did come through but it was several days later with the tech assistance.
Very Good courses and informative and professional.
Helpful information with informed instructor. Exam questions were appropriate for material — not just a lot of numbers. Having subtitles was also very good for us visual learners. It affirmed my use of multiple techniques and reviewed them with excellent examples. I even used some in today’s sessions!

That it was online. Most teachers are great, some were hard to listen to.
Largest disadvantage is not being able to go back to previous test questions. Sometimes it's helpful to skip and go back. And definitely to double check things. Having to manually (1 by 1) delete courses not completed from years past. How about courses not completed deleted 90 days after membership ends. Or being able to select several at once to delete.

If I could give less than one star I would. Before purchasing, I looked up the validity of this company and nothing weird showed up. After purchasing, I never received a confirmation email and when I tried to login to my account, it would not allow me. I tried to call customer service 7 times. Out of the seven times I was disconnected 6 times before hearing any options and the one time I made it through I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the call was disconnected. Definitely a scam and I would not purchase.
